This meditation is intended to help you connect to the energy of self-love through celebrating all of who you are.

Take these few moments just for yourself.

Whether you're having a busy day and you need to pause or maybe you're just getting your day started or winding down before you go to sleep,

This meditation will connect you to the depths of your soul,

The goddess within,

And help you celebrate all of who you are.

Enjoy.

Get comfortable.

Find your center.

You can be sitting or lying down,

Whatever feels best for you.

I want you just to connect to your body.

These next few moments are for you.

This is a time for you to connect,

To feel your mind,

Body,

And spirit as one,

To breathe,

And to go inward.

Put your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly,

And let's just take four cleansing breaths.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale deeply.

Once again,

Inhale and let that breath go.

Let it flow out of you and just find your normal breathing rhythm.

This is your time.

This is your time.

Drop into that.

Savor this moment.

Celebrate the fact that you have allowed yourself to do something just for you.

Breathe into that celebration.

Take a beautiful breath in and let that out.

Release whatever excess energy is within you.

Release whatever old ideas.

Release your doubts.

Release your limitations.

Release anything that no longer serves you.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are free to be you.

This is your time.

Take a couple of moments here and see what images come.

Come into your mind and into your heart and into your body.

Allow those images to flow in.

Allow them to embrace you.

Allow your mind to be free.

Just allow.

Take a breath here.

Inhale and exhale.

I want you to say to yourself,

I am a goddess.

I am loved.

I am worthy of celebrating me.

Now put your hands on your heart and say to yourself,

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Take an inhale here and exhale.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and come back to the room.
