And all right,

Friends,

Welcome.

Welcome to this meditation.

The intention of this meditation is to guide you into your hopes and your dreams.

So coming into your space,

Coming into your place and into your breath,

Remembering that there isn't anything that we need to do with our breath except breathe.

And this will be a guided meditation.

So as your thoughts come up,

There may be moments of worry,

Concern,

A need to feel like you need to solve something.

Just try to come back to your breath and back to the question that I asked.

And just allow your subconscious to take you where it's going to,

Because it has all the answers and it will guide you and it will direct you.

And that's a beautiful thing about a hopes and dreams meditation.

So just continue breathing.

I want you to think about a dream that you have,

A dream in your heart.

We all have them and it was placed there for a reason.

So I wanna give you a moment to just receive that.

No reservations,

There isn't anything to do.

Just acknowledge what that dream is.

Now,

As you're thinking about this dream,

I want you to picture yourself actually achieving it.

We're gonna go all the way to the end,

Okay?

You have accomplished this amazing dream that was placed on your heart.

Now notice what you're feeling in your body.

Breathe deep into that dream and recognize any sensations that are coming up for you.

What does accomplishment feel like?

Where does that show up in your body?

There's no right or wrong answer here and every body is different.

Where does it show up in your body?

Recognize that.

Continue breathing into this place,

Into this space,

Activating this accomplishment of your dream.

Coming back to where you are,

Where are you?

What things do you see?

Spend a moment in this place of accomplishment of your dreams.

What is it that you hear?

Who's around you?

You may or may not be able to recognize these people,

But your subconsciousness,

Just allow yourself to be in their presence.

These are the people that are supporting you,

Guiding you,

Helping you in your dream.

Notice how you feel now being surrounded by the people that have helped you accomplish the things that are in your heart's desire.

Where does that show up in your body?

How does that make the area of accomplishment feel?

Do you notice another sensation showing up for you?

That connectedness,

The gratitude,

These other deep emotions that we feel when we achieve something.

You may notice other accomplishments popping up in your mind of other things that you have achieved,

Other goals that you have accomplished through your life,

And allow that to add to that original sensation of that dream being accomplished.

That is the extra fuel.

Bringing your attention back to your breath,

Seeing if you can kind of turn up the notch a little bit,

Okay,

As you're embracing yourself in this place.

See if you can brighten it just a little bit.

See if you can hear just a little deeper.

Maybe you're in conversation and you're able to hear other things.

What are the other things around you,

The other surroundings,

The animals,

Nature,

Environment,

Cars?

What is it that,

What other things are happening around you?

It's coming back to your breath,

Allowing yourself to feel whatever it is that you're feeling.

My hope is that you're able to fully embody all of these things.

And in doing this,

It will help bring it up,

Bring it forth.

Energy is amazing.

Thoughts have power.

And these moments and these thoughts of actively visualizing can help fuel and launch you towards that goal.

This moment,

If there's any confusion that's coming up,

I invite you to replace that with curiosity.

You don't have to know the answer right now.

It will all work out.

Come back to that place.

Come back to your space,

The place of empowerment.

You have that moment within you.

So anytime anything arises,

Self-doubt,

Criticism,

Replace that with knowing,

A deep knowing,

That if this is a desire that you have,

Your subconscious will put the right things in place.

The universe will bring to you what you need.

All you need to do is trust and release self-doubt.

It will work out.

Come back to your breath.

Come back to those sensations.

As you continue breathing and feeling what it feels like to truly have everything,

Whatever that thing is,

See if we can turn it up just a little bit more in that delicious space that it showed up in your body.

See if on the inhale,

You can breathe in some energy into that space of your dreams and your desires.

And then as you exhale,

Let go of any self-doubt,

Any confusion,

Anything that might get in your way or hold you back.

Breathe in the accomplishment,

Connectivity,

The people,

The resources,

The talent that you need.

Breathe out anything inside that is preventing you from receiving that.

Breathing into that accomplished space,

Breathing out anything that needs to let go,

Continuing to breathe into your dreams.

Exhale any self-doubt.

Settling into that space,

Into that place,

Remembering you can always come back here.

You can bring yourself back to this place anytime you'd like.

Breathing into your future self and then exhaling any doubt and letting go of any problems that might arise.

This is the superpower of your breath and your mind.

Friends,

Come on back to this place.

Come on back to your space.

Slowly,

Only as quickly as you would like to come back.

Continuing to breathe,

Recognizing,

Giving yourself some gratitude for the work that your mind and your body just did.

And then go ahead and ring the bell and bring us out.
