Either lying down or sitting in a cross-legged position
with your sit bones on the earth,
Your spine
lengthening,
Gently pressing your chest forward and imagining an invisible
string pulling you from the crown of the head
and stretching out your body.
Place your hands on your belly and take a
slow,
Deep inhale in through your nose
and filling your belly up like a big balloon.
Exhale out through your nose,
Drawing your belly
in towards your spine.
Bring all your awareness to your breath
as you take five deep breaths into the belly.

Feeling the body become completely relaxed and sinking deeper and deeper
into relaxation.
Eyes closed,
Looking at the third eye point,
The point between the eyebrows.
Become aware of your body,
Scanning your
body from the head to the toe,
Feeling all sensations through the body from the head to the toes.
You may feel gentle tickles,
The air on your skin or bliss.
Take note and observe what you notice without any judgment.
Scan up and down
your body a few times and take note of any area in the body
that feels pain or feels heavy and breathe
into that area while continuing to scan from the top of the head
to the toes,
Breathing deeply.
Now set the intention to find the cords or a cord,
The cords of a person that was identified
as someone that you would like to clear the cords
between yourself and them.
Continue scanning from your head
to your toes,
The whole body,
Although this time scan for the energy
cords.
These are cords that you may sense,
Know,
Feel or see these cords.
Trust whatever comes through
and you have the option to tune into what type of cord it is.
Find the location where the cord is and take note.
Come back to centre and take a couple of deep,
Slow breaths.
Set the intention that this is a safe space
and no harm will be caused to you or anyone else.
Connect to your higher
self and call in that person's higher self.
Imagine your higher self and their higher self
about to have a connection and clearing.
You are about to have
a conversation between your higher self and their higher self.
The other person
holding space and full body listening
to you with compassion.
Feel the feeling of safety and support.
At this stage if you feel that you need extra support,
Call in your highest self and any guides or spirit angels or spirit
guides that you feel safe with.
Now fully express exactly how you feel.
Express in all your entirety even if it's rage.
This is a time where you have full permission
to completely express your truth.
Breathing deeply
Deep breathing.
Keep expressing everything that you need to express
until you feel cleared.
Now focus on the learning.
What has this person taught you?
What gifts have you learnt from them?
What have you learnt from this
relationship?
It is now time to thank this person for
their teachings and take this time to take in the
learnings and the blessings.
Express gratitude for each lesson that
they have gifted you and feel this gratitude
engulfing your whole body and bringing peace to your system.
Moving now to forgiveness.
Focusing on forgiveness and acceptance.
Understanding and finding the
compassion within yourself.
This shall bring a feeling of peace and stillness as you visualize a golden
light expanding from your heart space out
through the arms creating contentment interlinking
your learning with the energy of forgiveness.
Now coming back to the scanning of the body.
Find where this biggest cord is.
The biggest cord that you can see,
Sense,
Feel between you and this person.
See this cord attached from you to this person
and imagine grabbing a weapon,
Your favorite type of weapon,
Whatever
comes into your focus.
Maybe it's scissors,
Maybe it's a machete,
Sword,
A knife,
An axe and when you're ready
cut this cord and see all the old painful patterns
floating away.
See this person floating away.
Any resistance or tension or pain that you hold against this person
see and feel it floating away.
Floating into space until you can't
feel or see them anymore.
Send them off with love and wish them well.
Unplug the rest of the cord from your body
and let it float away.
It is no longer of service to you.
You have received and acknowledged all the lessons and you have healed
your space with heartfelt forgiveness.
Taking a deep breath as you let this go.
Deep breath into the belly,
Up into the chest
and let it out with a sigh.
Freeing your aura,
Sealing your aura now.
Imagine a white light
completely surrounding you to nourish and protect your energy field.
You may feel to imagine this light become gold
and trust whatever you feel as it surrounds you with love and light.
Know that you are safe,
You are guided
and your best future life is coming into your existence.
Scan the body from your head to the toes and feel the sensations within your body.
The same way that you started,
Notice if there's any changes in the body.
From the head to the toes,
Notice all the changes and breathe into the parts
of the body.
Noticing the changes.
Come back to your breath.
Five deep breaths.

Four.
And coming back into your body.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes as you take your last deep breath.
Ah.
Returning to normal breath and noticing
the room,
The texture,
The fabric around your body or underneath
your body,
Your clothes,
Your skin,
Your hair.
Noticing the smell in the room and any colours that you can see.
You have now cleared your aura and cleared any negative attachments.
You have made space to bring in your best relationship
and your strongest heart felt love.
