Good morning.

Be grateful that you are now sitting here taking this time in this morning for yourself,

Connecting to your heart and journaling.

So make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

I invite you to put your hands on your chest,

On your heart,

And just start breathing,

Breathing in and breathing out in your own rhythm,

Allowing yourself that with every breath you become calmer and connecting more and more to yourself.

Imagine that you are breathing into your heart,

Saying hello to your heart,

Filling your heart with new energies,

So taking a breath into your heart and out through your heart,

Inhaling into your heart,

Filling it up with new energies for this new day,

Breathing out through your heart,

Letting go of everything you don't need today,

Breathing in and out,

Saying in your mind,

Hello me,

Hello heart,

Thank you for this new day,

Thank you heart for beating for me every day,

Every hour,

Every minute,

Every second,

And your heart now smiling to you and saying thank you,

Thank you for taking this time now to connecting to me,

To open yourself,

To listen to any message I might have for you,

Or to taking this time,

This space to ask me any question you might have,

And while your heart is smiling to you,

You see a light,

A light that is starting to shine in your heart,

This light is a smile from your heart,

And how does your light look this morning,

What color does it have,

Is it white,

Golden,

Purple,

Yellow,

Red,

Blue,

Green,

How does your light look like this morning,

The smile from your heart,

What form does it have,

What shape,

Is it more like a flame of a candle,

Or kind of an electricity light source,

This is your inner light shining for you every day,

This inner light full of wisdom,

Love,

Inner peace,

Recognition,

Confidence,

Self-worth,

And the more you are seeing it and breathing into your heart,

The bigger and bigger it becomes the more you activate it,

Until it shines in all of the area of your chest,

Let it shine,

Let it grow,

And for sure you feel this one special feeling of being connected,

Or feeling this inner light shining within you,

Maybe you feel a little tingling in your heart,

An expansion,

A light pressure,

A pleasant pressure,

A warm or cold feeling,

Just observe how does it feel to be connected,

And relax into it,

Take some more deep breathes into your heart,

And use this time to ask your heart all the questions you have this morning,

All the journaling questions you might want to do today,

And don't forget to ask how are you really feeling today morning,

For anything you need,

And if your heart has any message for you,

While you are asking all these questions,

Trust that your heart finds its way to talk to you this morning,

To be with you,

And as soon as you start writing,

Imagine how this inner light travels into your writing hand,

Ensuring that you are connected to your heart while you are writing,

Take all the time to need,

To ask your heart,

To feel this connection before you start writing,

And I stop talking and wish you a beautiful day.
