Welcome to your meditation to travel into your inner world,
Into your heart.
So I invite you to sit comfortably.
If you want you can put your hand on your chest to feel this connection and to close your eyes.
And then just start breathing,
Breathing in and out.
In and out.
And allow yourself with every breath to arrive more in the here and now.
And then start to imagine that you are breathing into your heart and out through your heart.
That the air is traveling into your heart and out through your heart.
In your own rhythm.
And while you are inhaling imagine that you are filling up your heart with new energy.
And exhaling that you can let go of everything that doesn't serve you right now.
And you can say in your mind,
Hello me,
Hello heart.
Saying thank you to your heart for being there for you every day.
Beating for you every second,
Every minute,
Every hour.
And your heart is also smiling back and telling you I'm here for you.
And thank you for taking this time to connect with me.
And then you start visualizing this tunnel.
This tunnel that is guiding you towards the door to enter your inner world.
To travel into your heart.
So start walking on the path in the tunnel.
And while you are walking you see at the end a door.
The door into your heart.
And step by step you are walking towards that door.
And how does your door look like?
What material does it have?
What shape?
What color?
And the closer you come the better you can see it.
And the more details you can see.
So step by step walk towards your door.
And you are coming so close that you are just three steps away from your door.
How does it look like three steps away?
And how do you feel knowing that soon you will enter your heart?
One step more to the next step.
So you are one step away from your door.
You can already touch it.
So that together we can open it.
And five.
Four.
Three.
Take a deep breath again into your heart.
And out through your heart.
Allow every feeling of excitement,
Of fear,
Joy or anxiety to be there.
Then two.
One.
You are pushing open your door and you are entering.
You are going through that door and first you don't see anything.
You are just floating.
Floating in space.
Maybe you are floating in the light.
Maybe you see some colors.
Or maybe not.
Floating and floating.
And with every breath realizing more and more that you are in your heart.
And you start descending to the earth.
And while you are going lower and lower you can start already seeing a landscape or place.
Maybe you are 100 meters below the earth.
You are going down and down.
And then you are arriving.
Your feet touch the ground.
And observe where are you.
Look around you.
What can you see?
Maybe you are in a place of nature.
Maybe by the beach.
In a forest.
In a mountain.
By the river.
Wherever your heart sends you today.
And just trust that you are arriving at the exact right place.
You don't need to worry about it.
Just observe.
And let yourself surprise.
What colors do you see?
What shapes?
Are you there alone?
Or is there someone with you?
Are there any animals?
And turn around 360 degree to observe every corner of that place.
And also listen.
What do you hear?
What sounds are there?
Maybe you hear sounds of nature.
Maybe you hear other voices.
Or maybe you hear silence.
And also see if you can smell something being there.
Any special scent.
Or maybe you can even taste something.
Do you have any flavor in your mouth?
Observe your skin,
Your touch.
What sensation do you feel on your skin?
Maybe you can feel your feet.
How does it feel to stand there?
Or maybe you are seated.
How does it feel the ground touching your skin?
And then,
For sure,
You feel this one special sensation of being there.
Where on your body do you feel it?
This feeling of connection,
Of being in your heart.
Maybe in your throat.
Or in your chest.
A little tingling.
A light pressure.
A warm or cold or sensation of expansion.
Or maybe in your stomach or your hip.
How does it feel to be there,
To be connected?
And just breathe into that feeling and enjoy it.
And keep breathing into your heart and out through your heart.
Being calm.
Being there in your inner world.
Your place.
And then,
You see a light.
A light in the back that is walking towards you,
Coming to you,
Becoming closer and closer.
And while this bright shining light,
Maybe it's yellow or white or golden or silver,
While this light is walking towards you more and more,
You're realizing that it's a person.
And the more it comes to you,
You're seeing that it's you.
You in your authentic version.
You in that version that is shining,
That is feeling calm,
That is feeling full of self-worth,
Self-confidence,
Acceptance,
Self-love.
And the more it's coming towards you,
It's smiling to you.
And what do you want to do?
Want you to give it a hug?
Or are you just smiling to each other?
And this authentic you has all the wisdom for today.
Everything today you maybe need to know.
It's this messenger from your heart,
Giving you all the messages and answers and ideas you need to know today.
So you're smiling to yourself,
Maybe even hugging you,
Saying thank you.
Thank you for saying hello.
Thank you for being here.
It's also saying thank you for coming.
And just feel.
How do you feel?
Just be.
And just keep breathing.
And then ask it any question you have today.
Maybe if it has any message for you regarding your eating behavior.
What is still there?
What is still there what you need to know to establish a normal and healthy relationship with food?
Or any message for the day?
For what?
Can you recognize you today?
Who is it grateful for?
Maybe what is one action you want to do today to show you some self-love?
And just ask the questions you want.
And then write them down.
And telling this authentic self of you that you're open to listen while you're writing.
And then start writing in that beautiful connection to yourself.
And take all the time you need and just keep writing and writing.
And after you finish,
Give yourself a huge,
Huge hug.
