In this meditation I invited you to become present with yourself, connect to yourself and listen to the voice of your heart. What has your heart to tell you? Enjoy a magical feeling of being connected to your heart and immerse fully into it. Take something to write as after the meditation you might want to write down the messages your received from your heart. Being connected is a big step on our self-love journey - allow this time for yourself and enjoy it.

Hello,

I'm Kendra and I'm happy to welcome you to this meditation to connect to your heart,

To take some moments for yourself to truly connect and just feel the special feeling,

This magic of being connected and listening to your heart.

So first sit comfortably and as soon as you feel ready,

Let's start with this meditation.

So close your eyes and start focusing on your breathing.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Inhale and exhale.

And as soon as some thoughts are coming up,

Imagine you're putting them on a cloud and they can fly away.

And you focus again on your breathing to calm your thoughts to arrive in this present moment.

Breathe in and out.

And do it some more moments in your own rhythm.

Breathing in and out.

And then imagine that you're breathing into your heart.

So you're breathing in into your heart and out through your heart.

Imagine how the air is traveling into your heart and then out through your heart.

To better feel it,

You can put your right hand on your heart,

So on your left chest,

And breathe in and out.

Breathing in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

And imagine how the breath is traveling through your heart.

It fills your heart with fresh air and takes out all the air that that's not serving you anymore.

And repeat it some more moments in your own rhythm.

Breathing in through your heart and out through your heart.

And say all up hello to your heart.

Hello.

Hello.

I'm taking some time to connect to yourself,

To be present with myself,

With your heart.

And your heart is ascending your love.

You feel a special feeling of joy,

Of happiness,

Of gratefulness.

It's saying thank you that you're taking this time for yourself.

And focus on how you're feeling.

Surely you're feeling a special feeling in your heart,

In the area of your chest.

How does it feel?

Does it feel that it is expanding?

Or not so much?

Is it a warm feeling or a cold feeling?

Is it like kind of a pressure or a tingling?

Does it feel like love,

Compassion,

Inner peace,

And then there's gratefulness,

Whatever is coming to your mind is the right feeling.

And imagine that this feeling now is transforming into light,

Into a bright shining light.

And this light,

Kind of a golden yellow shiny color,

Is now expanding into every part of your body.

Through your chest,

It's traveling up to your head.

Through your shoulders,

Into your arms,

Under the fingertips.

Through your stomach,

Hips,

Legs,

Into your toes.

And this light feels like a little tingling that your whole body is activated.

Activated with love,

With a good special feeling.

How does it feel to observe this feeling?

And now,

Being so connected,

Return with your attention to your heart.

And ask your heart,

What does it need to say?

How does it feel?

How do you feel?

Anything that you need to know,

That you need to be aware of?

Anything that you feel grateful for?

Let's ask your heart,

What are you grateful for?

And just listen.

What's your heart telling you?

Maybe something you can be proud of.

Maybe something you should celebrate about yourself.

Maybe something you should let go,

Or it's okay to accept it and have compassion with yourself.

Just listen.

And whenever your thoughts are traveling,

Remember to set them on a cloud.

And focus your attention again on your breathing.

Breathing into your heart,

And out through your heart.

And whatever happens if you're receiving answers,

Or maybe you are also asking big questions.

Or maybe you cannot hear anything,

And today you are just sitting with calm and silence.

Say thank you to yourself,

To your heart,

For taking this moment for yourself.

For allowing yourself to connect.

And observe once more the special feeling you are feeling of fully being here.

Maybe you want to say in your mind,

Here,

In this moment,

Me,

Now.

Do you still feel the special feeling in every part of your body?

Activate it again.

And inform every cell of your body how it feels.

So during your day you can always activate this beautiful feeling.

Might it be calm,

Might it be in peace,

Love,

Compassion.

Whatever you need to feel in your stressy day today,

In your busy day,

In your relaxed day.

Just feel connected to yourself,

And allow your heart to talk to you.

Once more,

Breathe in,

And out.

And you want to hug yourself.

Cross your arms,

Your left and your right arm,

Around your chest,

Around your body.

And give yourself a hug,

Stronger,

And smile.

Put your lips up in the air and smile,

Stronger,

Stronger,

Stronger.

Just enjoy this moment,

And allow it to yourself.

In this moment you can really allow yourself to be with you in love and joy.

Smile.

Breathe in and out.

And say once more thank you to yourself for allowing this moment.

And think about an intention for the rest of your day.

What would you like to do?

How would you like to be?

What would you like to let go?

And then,

Little by little,

Open your eyes and come back.

Take all the time you need.

And I want to invite you to take your pen and a little bit of paper,

What you see around,

Maybe of your journal,

And write down how you feel,

How you felt in the meditation.

Maybe you received some messages from your heart,

Or maybe you want to write down your intention.

Take some more minutes for yourself.

And thank you for having been here,

For meditating together.
