This guided meditation we are going to enhance our creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
So find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Exhale slowly as we begin this meditation.
Give yourself permission to relax as you breathe in and out.
As you breathe,
Visualize the oxygen flowing through your entire body.
To all of your muscles,
To every one of your atoms.
That oxygen helps your body to relax.
Feel your weight sinking down into the ground.
Gravity keeps you grounded here onto the earth right now.
As you feel grounded,
You allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into this meditation.
Allowing any thoughts to flow through your mind like a leaf down a river.
As you let those thoughts go,
Bring your awareness to your body.
As you let those thoughts go,
Bring your awareness to your body.
Begin to scan down from the top of your head through all parts of your body.
Noticing any areas with tension.
Feeling and noticing anything in your body.
Continue to breathe,
Continue to inhale.
And as you exhale,
Let anything go that you need to.
As you scan down through your body,
Allow each of your organs to relax.
As you scan down through your body,
Allow each muscle to relax.
Each muscle,
Every atom,
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Every bone in your body.
Every bone in your body.
Every part of your body.
Becoming more and more relaxed.
Continue to scan down to the bottom of your feet,
Releasing any tension.
Allowing oxygen to flow through every part of your body.
Continue to let go of anything within your mind.
Imagine you are in a serene and beautiful place.
Maybe this is a beach,
Maybe it's a quiet forest,
A relaxing garden.
Somewhere in a cave.
Wherever you feel most at peace.
Wherever you feel most at peace.
Visualize the details of this place.
The colors,
The sounds,
The smells.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in this calming environment.
In the middle of this peaceful place,
There is a comfortable seat.
Go ahead and sit down.
Feel the support of the seat and the grounding connection to the earth beneath you.
Now bring to mind a current challenge or problem that you are facing.
Visualize it clearly,
Without any judgment,
Any stress,
Any feelings attached to it.
Just simply observe it.
Imagine a bright light appearing above you.
This light represents your creative potential and problem-solving abilities.
As the light grows brighter,
Feel its warmth and energy,
Filling your mind with clarity and inspiration.
As this light continues to grow,
Imagine it illuminating different parts of your mind.
See,
Feel,
Experience new ideas and solutions beginning to form.
Allow your mind to explore freely,
Without constraints or criticism.
Trust in your creative abilities.

Observe them.
They may be keys to solving your problem or sparking new creative insights.
