Treat yourself because you are awesome.
You deserve everything that you wish.
You deserve to go on a vacation because you are amazing.
You are more than enough.
For this affirmation meditation all you have to do is get comfortable,
Breathe,
And listen to each affirmation,
Noticing how it affects your energy,
Your mind,
Your body,
And your spirit.
You can say each one out loud or in your mind.
And as you repeat each one imagine it shooting out into the world.
Repeat each one with me as if you are saying it to yourself.
And even if it doesn't seem true to you right now,
Just pretend like it is until it begins to feel true.
I am awesome.
I deserve everything I wish.

I am worthy.
I am a source of love.

I am talented.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.
Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale and open your eyes.
