Posture For Manifestation Meditation

I'm Sequoia of Sequoia Yoga and welcome to your posture check meditation.

Your posture is very purposeful in receiving the life that is meant for you.

When you are holding your body in ease,

Relaxation,

Alignment with support,

You are aligning the vibrations of your mind,

Your body,

Your spirit,

And your energy to all be ready to receive what was always meant for you.

When you power this alignment with breath,

You are rapidly positioning yourself to receive.

So check your posture right now.

Are you in a receiving posture?

Is your heart open?

Well if not,

Find a seat or come to stand and let's just take a few deep breaths right where you are.

Now stack your head above your heart,

Your heart above your hips,

Relax your shoulders,

And create space between your collarbones.

Look at how simple and easy those corrections were.

You've now postured or positioned yourself to be aligned with the energy of receiving.

Inhale to support this energy,

Exhale to send out your old posture,

Your old patterns.

Inhale and exhale and again inhale and exhale.
