Take a deep breath and we're going to start tuning in.
One more deep breath.
So we're going to start to shift things energetically so that you can settle more in your body.
You can be more in the room.
You can be more present.
You can be more here.
And it's kind of like combing through all the different energies and just clearing away what you no longer need.
And we're just letting it fall away.
And letting it go back to where it came from,
Whether that is the earth,
Whether that is source somewhere else.
It's not yours.
To have to find the solution anymore.
And you take a breath.
What was?
And how it shifts into what could be.
And when we're in the land of what was,
We are in the land of performance and masking and being who everyone needs you to be and doing all of those things.
And it's heavy and you're carrying the weight of everybody else's everything.
Who you think you're supposed to be,
What you think you need to do,
Value as productivity,
Money as a sign of worth,
Movement as a sign of progress.
And we're going to bring in the song by Tori Amos,
Corn Flake Girl.
And it's just these words.
This is not really,
This is not really happening.
You bet your life it is.

And I want you to think about.
If you believe it's possible for things to actually change.
That's what your system is saying.
It's like this is not really happening.
We can't change.
Nothing can change.
Everything has to stay exactly how it is.
It has to be like from point A to point B and we cannot go past point B because everything that happened from A to B is going to hold us back.
This is not really happening.
This is this is not really happening.
And what we're going to start to bring up is point B.
To point Z.
You bet your life it is.
So much of life has been A to B,
A to B,
A to B.
How do I get to C?
How do I get to C?
Screw that.
Honey you bet your life it is because we're gonna start to look at z z what does that look like to you what would it look like if you could open so many doors that you went from A to B to C to D to E,

K,
L,
M,
N,

P,
Q,
R,

T,

X,
Y.
And then the door to Z.
We're going to bring in a Sesame Street song too.

And that's what your system's doing.
It's looking at the journey from where you are to where you want to be as one step.
I just have to get to A to B.
And when I get to B,
Everything will be better.
And then maybe I can get to C and everything will be great.
Cool.

Got it.
And it's looping and looping and looping and looping and abcdefghijklmnop like it just goes around and around and around this loop.
And you're like,
Why is nothing changing?
So we're going to start to.
Disassociate you from the beliefs that you have to do it all in one leap,
You have to do it all with one thing,
You have to do it all with one time,
With one post that goes viral,
With one door that opens,
With one step that makes everything else possible,
Because that's just kind of not how it works.
It's overwhelming and overloading your system and the first belief that we're going to start to Tear away.
Rip away.
Is that it's all about nervous system regulation.
On the surface,
It's not a bad thought.
It's just incredibly limited.
And it speaks spells.
Without.
Necessarily conscious understanding of the spells it's speaking.
You have to be regulated.
You have to do as I say.
You have to be controllable.
You have to operate within these limits and these lines.
You cannot lose your shit.
You cannot freak out.
You have to be.
Acceptable.
Performable.
Actionable,
You have to be just like this.
Now function,
Now go,
Now work,
Now be a machine.
That's not how it works.
That's not how you were.
And I want you to think about all of the times that somebody treated you like a machine.

Pre-figured out,
Pre-symbolized.
This is what it means.

I have to follow what everyone else is doing.
And this is the second part that we're starting to release from you.
Is that there's only one way.
One Understanding,
One Truth,
One Love,

And if it's not,
Then it's wrong.
Or you're broken.
Or you're at fault and they're right.
Or here's how I can prove them wrong,
Because here's my one truth that conflicts against theirs,
And look how smart and wonderful I am.
Nice deep breath.
Because we're peeling back these layers of what has led you to believe you are who you are,
What has led you to believe that your life can only open so much,
That you can only go from A to B,
And it's magic if you even can get to B and then C,
Fuck that.
No.
Let's break out of those limitations.
So we're going to work on the third one,
And it's the fear.
And it's not like I'm afraid to open that door because.

You're not as afraid as you think you are.
You just don't have experience with it yet.
You'll learn.
You'll be able to do that.
But the real fear is.

What if it doesn't happen?
What if I'm not someone who can make it happen?
What if I can't get there?
What if I.
.
.
Stumble and fall.
What if I can't find my way through?
What if I'm not strong enough,
Brave enough to even reach the door?
What if there's gaps?
What if there's holes?
What if there's a mountain in between?
A valley?
A cavernous open space that I can't traverse?
What if I can't do it?
Let yourself feel this.
We're bringing it up so other memories might come up related to this.
And what pops into your mind is relevant right now.
Because the stories that you've been clutching onto and holding onto,
This is who I am,
This is how I go forward,
This is how I move,
This is what exists in the realm of possibility.
No.
Those are old.
And again,
This is not really happening.
This is this is not really happening from Corn Flake Girl Popsin again.
But it is.
You bet your life it is.
Things are changing in ways that your mind can't understand,
And you cannot logic,
And you cannot rationalize,
And you cannot make sense of,
And that is incredible.
That's not the problem,
That's the solution.
That's not the wall,
That's the doorway.
Let yourself be in the unthinkable,
The unknowable.
And breathe.
We're going to bring in just a little bit of shushing.
Just to calm your system,
To calm all the stuff that's going on.
It's okay if you don't quite understand it.
It's okay if you're not sure.
It's okay if you don't know how to get from A to B to C to D.
What if that's not your job?
It's okay.
So right.
It's okay.

Nice deep breaths.
This is where you allow yourself,
You let yourself be held.
And breathe.
And you let go of what you no longer need to carry and you let it be swept away,
Not your responsibility.
And you let yourself be here.
And it is somewhere between A and B or B and C or at B or at A or it doesn't matter.
Because wherever you are,
However you want to define it,
It's just a moment in time.
And that's the next piece that we're going to start to peel away,
Is that if it's not happening now,
It's never going to happen.
The word now has been used by your parents.
Your brain,
Your system,
Your understanding,
Your consciousness,
Your higher self even.
That's like now means now,
This lifetime,
This experience.
But now can also mean this very second.
Blink and you miss it.
That's a little bit of Ferris Bueller staff that we're going to bring in.
Life moves pretty fast.
If you don't stop and look around once in a while,
You could miss it.
And with this,
We're not just going to peel it away.
We're going to like shake it out because there's this like life moves pretty fast.
I have to catch up.
Time is getting away from me.
I'm not where I need to be.
I have to do it.
Everything's going so fast.
I can't get from A to B to C to D.
I can't do it.
That's what we're going to shake out.
And what we're going to free up is this life moves pretty fast.
So the moment that is now is going to change to a new now moment.
The next now moment.
And we're going to shift now out of the timeline of now is your whole life and nothing's ever going to change.
And now never gets there.
It never happens.
It never shifts.
It never arrives for you.
And we're going to shift it.
We're going to lift it into a different time stream.
Where now is right now,
And now we're in another now,
And now we're in another now,
And now we're in another now.
This is not really happening.
Hey.

We're going to bring in a little bit of Elphaville,

Let's dance the style,
Let's dance for a while.
Heaven can wait,
We're only watching the skies.
Hoping for the best,
But expecting the worst.
Are you gonna drop the bomb or not?

And there's like three different pieces that we're going to tease apart from this.
So the first is let's dance in style.
Let's just watch the sky.
Let's just be here.
Let's look around and see the forest from the trees and see the beauty and the magic.
Let's see the doors that are opening and the possibilities.
Let's be in this moment of absolute potential.
Before the waves crash as they are crashing and as they settle on the other side.

Are you going to drop the bomb or not?
Are you going to do the work?
Are you going to make it happen?
Are you going to change this?
Are you going to figure it out?
Are you going to force it?
You've done that.
It has torn you apart.
You don't need to do that anymore.
And I want you to say that to yourself.
I don't need to be that way anymore.
It's okay if I don't force it.
I don't have to figure it all out myself.
I don't have to make it all happen.
I don't have to do all the work.
What if I could just watch the skies?
Hoping for the best.
In this last part,
Expecting the worst.
I want you to think about your expectations.
Because we're going to get real truthful for a second.
The thing that you want to open up.
You don't believe it can actually open,
Do you?
Like,
You know it can logically,
Rationally,
But.
There is a place inside of you that is scared.
Holding,
Clutching,
Worried,
Nervous,
Anxious.
There's a part of you that doesn't know how to face me.
What happens?
If you don't get it.
If you do get it.
If things do open,
If they don't open.

How Do I Handle?
All of it if I don't know how to take a step.
How do I eat the whole cake in one bite?
Isn't that what I'm supposed to do?
Figure it all out,
Make sense of it all,
Do everything in one step.
So we're gonna go recursively.
To where we were and say,
No,

No,
Look,
Look,
We already updated that.
Every letter of the alphabet has its own journey.
And some of them,
A to B,
Might take 25 years,
And B to C might take 10.
25 days.
C to D might take three months.
DDE might take.
14 seconds.
There's no idea.
There's no race.
This isn't about me.
A bomb dropping on you and I want you to really,
Really,
Really breathe here.
And I want you to name the bomb that feels like it's going to drop on you.
The thing that you think is going to happen if that door doesn't open.
If that thing doesn't come in.
Say it aloud.
Nice deep breaths.
We're letting it all shift.
We're letting it all go.
On this line.
Oof.
Can you imagine when this race is won?
Turn our golden faces into the sun.
Praising our leaders,
We're getting in tune.
The music's played by the madman.
You get to dream big.
You get to dream.
Crazy big.
Everything you think is possible.
Hits into a certain limit of potential.
And we are putting a door,
A window,
A crack,
A break,
A slit,
An opening,
A hole,
A crevice.
We are opening up in like 500 different places along this border to what you think is possible,
The wall that has been holding you in and saying,
Hold on a second.
What if it could go bigger?
What if more was possible?
What if this was just the first door?
Like A to B,
B to C,
C to D,
Cool.
Oh look,
I met E!
Huh,
I wonder what the F door will look like,
Or the G door,
Or the H door.
I wonder what else will open up as I continue forward.
I wonder what else I can't see from here.
If I can only see A to B.
Now I know Z exists.
What does C look like?
And I'm not going to know D until I get to C.
I'm not going to know Ian till I get to D.
So take a nice deep breath.
Just really let in that one line.
Forever young.
I want to be forever young.
Do you really want to live forever?
Forever and ever?
Because that energy,
That is hope.
That is a possibility.
That is that feeling that life is still out there to be lived.
And we're going to break apart whatever age you are,
What you think about being that age,
What that means,
As far as who you have to be,
The life you have to live,
What was,
What could be,
What will be,
All of it.
And just let you be right here.
