And this session is here to help you release the heat.
Take a nice deep breath.
Big exhale.
I'm going to start tuning in.
We've got a whole lot of pieces that are coming from a whole lot of directions,
And that's part of the challenge right now,
Is that your body is saying,
We've got this we can do it we can handle it no we don't we cannot and the heat rises and the heat rises and the heat rises and there's an old program that is running on loop in your brain that is like I have to fix this I have to survive this I have to make it through I have to force and like bear down and grit my fists and I have to do it.
I have to do the work.
I have to do the heavy lifting.
Just breathe.
Because it's not about clearing the belief.
Right now in this session,
That's a big ask.
But what we can start to do is see that.
Not only do you not have to do it all alone,
But that there are resources within your body,
Your system,
Your soul,
Your life,
That can help release some of the heat so that the things that you want to do are more manageable,
The things that you can do move more easily.
So we're gonna go straight to your adrenals and the endocrine system and what is happening,
Not just when you deal with stress,
But when you need to figure out the answers and the solutions and all the things that come along with being stressed.
Take a nice deep breath.
And the adrenals are like,
You know what?
We have been on our own so long,
We don't even work together.
Like what the hell?
We're supposed to work left and right adrenals,
Like together?
What are you talking about?
That's where we're going to start.
But we need to make amends,
And this is with the part of you.
That has tried.
And the part of you that wants to try again.
It's with the part of you that's figured things out and the part of you that has no idea how to figure it out.
It's with the part of you that loves and the part of you that hates.
The part of you that wants something,
Anything,
Everything.
And the part of you that just wants to be left alone and wants nothing.
There's a dichotomy happening here,
A split left to right,
Side to side.
Here to there.
Okay to not okay.
And right in the middle is the point of discomfort,
The spine,
The cells and the nerves and the The pathway of how everything is moving through the spine and the vertebrae.
Breathe for a second because we're going to start to work on the connection in the spine so that that can start to talk to each other because if you think about where the adrenals are right above the kidneys.
In the middle.
Is this spot.
And if you're trying to connect to a middle point and that middle point has its own up-down connections that those aren't connected,
Think about back issues,
Sacral issues,
Hormonal issues,
Anything that is going on in the back of your body,
In your abdomen,
Digestive challenges.
Pregnancy,
Childbirth.
All the things that you have been through.
There is that center point of the spine.
That goes up and down with each of the pieces in that sort of elevator up and down.
And it's like,
OK,
Well,
Are we in the thoracic?
Are we in the cervical spine?
Are we in this vertebra?
Are we in that one?
Like,
Where are we?
What are we doing?
How do we hold it all together?
How do we hold the pieces?
And so when your system tries to come into the center,
It's like,
OK,
But our center is messed up.
No wonder shit's not happening.
No wonder things aren't working out.
No wonder things aren't OK,
Because I can see left and right.
But when I try try to get into the center,
There's problems there too.
Just breathe.
We're going to start to bring in some grounding first so that your body can feel a little supported and the energy can move down.
And not just be stuck in this middle spot.
We've got to bring the hypothalamus on board here.
Because the hypothalamus is kind of like the big boss of the whole endocrine system.
And it's like,
All right,
I'm going to tell everyone what to do,
They're going to relay the messages,
And then they'll let me know at the other end how it all worked.
And then I'll change my instructions accordingly.
But again,
It's this feedback loop that depends on the direction happening.
Not getting lost in the middle.
And you can think about your life,
Especially midlife,
Where you are right now.
It's in the middle,
And the middle is fucking messy.
Really messy and it asks a few things that You've spent a really long time not knowing.
Not being able to figure out,
Not having answers for.
And so your life up until now has been a collection of all of your experiences and your choices,
Some good,
Some not so good.
So it's like that left adrenal is like,
Okay,
Here's everything up until now.
And then we hit the middle point and this is why.
Midlife crisis,
Life awakening.
Menopause,
Perimenopause,
All of the stuff that happens at this time of life.
That says,
What the actual fuck?
I'm not equipped for this.
And that's the belief that's running underneath everything.
But we're going to go even deeper.
So I want you to think about.
That feeling that you're not equipped with it.
Just take a breath.
And we're going to go deeper beneath it.
What are you afraid of?
What are you afraid of right now?
I don't just mean like money will run out or like something bad will happen.
I mean like what are you afraid of inside?
If you figure your shit out,
If you change your life,
If you become who you truly are,
If you step into your power,
If you claim what you want.
If you say no to the things you don't want and yes to the things you do and you accept.
Aging.
Because not everyone is lucky enough to reach this place.
There it is.
Might feel a little bit of discomfort.
In your lower abdomen.
We've got a lot of different hormones that are moving through corticotrophin and All of the hormones are different.
Just trying to find their place.
So we're just going to give it a minute.
And you might have some old fears popping up,
Things that are like,
But I can't do it.
I've tried before.
And that's just your system reverting back to everything that came up from,
Let's call it the left into the middle.
Everything that came up in the first roughly 50 years of your life.
Looking backwards instead of saying,
Hold on a second,
What if I could handle this transition and then what if I could move forward so that the next 50 years are fucking amazing?
What if?
Just breathe.
There it is.
Now the heat is starting to move out and down and you might find that it's actually rising within you a little bit hot flashy a little bit hot staying not just flashing but We're starting to get it out and down from your head.
It's moving through around your throat.
It's moving down and out.
And this is where I want you to start moving your body just a little bit,
Just a little bit that says,
I'm not out yet.
I'm not letting the first half of my life be all that I get.
Gonna bring a little bit of like sacred fire holy rage sacred Scream?
The primal part of you that is like,
I'm not done living yet.
Feel it rise up because we are redirecting the heat and the fire to your life force.
To your lifeblood,
Your energy.
What if all that fire that has been used to be annoyed with things and to forget things and to not know.
Turns into.
The fire that gives you energy to figure out what comes next.
Just breathe.
Let it move through.
There you go.
You might feel your face heating up.
Give it a second because it is finding the new way forward it's finding a way to be in the balance to let your spine energize up and down which is also a way to move the heat to move the energy to help things not feel so stagnant,
Like this is just the way my life is,
This is what it's gonna be forever and ever and ever,
Fuck.
Breathe.
Be here right now.
Don't go anywhere yet.
Just stay right here.
And breathe.
