This month,

We're focusing on keeping things beautifully simple.

Tuning in to what lights us up and letting that guide our actions.

Each morning,

We'll pause for a moment and ask ourselves a powerful question.

What am I excited about today?

This isn't about grand plans or huge achievements.

It's about noticing the sparks of joy,

Curiosity,

And possibility that are already within reach.

When we give those sparks our attention,

They grow.

And our energy naturally moves in the direction of what feels good and meaningful.

We'll connect with that feeling of excitement,

See it clearly,

Feel it in our body,

And gently guide ourselves towards taking one small step to make it real.

So,

Getting into a comfortable position,

Let your body begin to settle.

Close your eyes if you wish,

And take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Exhale gently through the mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Your jaw soften,

And allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

In the quiet of your heart,

Ask yourself,

What am I excited about today?

Ask the very first thing that comes to you,

No matter how big or small.

Might be a conversation,

Creative idea,

A moment in nature,

Or simply the feeling of moving through your day with ease.

Imagine you could see it in your mind's eye.

Imagine the colors,

The light,

The details of this moment.

Notice the surroundings,

People,

The sounds.

Allow the scene to become more and more vivid with every breath,

Gentle and easy.

Notice how it feels in your body to experience this moment fully.

You may feel a warmth,

A smile wanting to form on your face.

Maybe a feeling of excitement,

Excitement.

Allow your body to respond with joy and openness.

Breathe into that feeling.

Let it expand like sunlight filling every part of you.

With every breath,

Feel yourself completely immersed in the joy,

The possibility,

And the gratitude of this feeling.

Now,

Imagine seeing yourself taking one small,

Simple step today that moves you closer to making this vision real.

Notice the ease and energy as you take that step.

Take a deep breath in now and slowly release it.

Bring your awareness back to the body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Opening your eyes.

Carrying this sense of excitement and readiness with you into the rest of your day.
