Hi and welcome.

My name is Shana and I'm going to be guiding you through a wonderful,

Relaxing,

Good vibes meditation today.

And this one is called my lemon drop meditation.

It is one of my very favorites because it is all about opening the solar plexus chakra and tapping in to that chakra center right there,

Just four fingers above the belly button.

And it represents the color yellow,

Which stands for our confidence,

Our courage,

And our ability to manifest our dreams.

So when you are ready,

I would like to invite you to gently settle in and get comfortable,

Either crossing your legs or lying down,

Whichever is going to make you more relaxed.

And when you are ready,

Just gently close your eyes and begin connecting with your breath.

And making sure that you have your palms up.

And we always like to sit with our palms up,

Showing the universe that we are open to receiving.

And so as you start to get comfortable,

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath into your nose.

And gently release that out through your mouth.

And taking another long,

Slow,

Deep breath into your nose.

And start to release that out through your mouth.

And this time,

Relaxing the jaw,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing your heart center,

Releasing the tension in your chest,

Relaxing the belly,

And maybe falling deeper into the surface beneath you,

The surface beneath you,

Really starting to ground yourself into what's supporting you underneath your root chakra.

Your root chakra is located just at the base of your spine.

And starting at the base of your spine,

Let's begin to take another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the root chakra,

Taking that all the way up,

All the way up through our spine,

Out to the crown of our head.

And then releasing that breath all the way back down to our root chakra.

And now just begin to connect with your breath.

Relax a little bit further.

Starting to allow your breath just to flow at its natural state as you begin to relax.

And now let's begin our practice for opening our solar plexus chakra.

I'd like for you to imagine in your mind's eye holding two bright yellow fragrant lemons in your hands.

Really feel those lemons,

Squeeze them,

Feel the skin on them.

Maybe even take that lemon up to your nose and really,

Really start to imagine the smell of that lemon,

Its bright citrus flavors.

Maybe even start to taste that lemon on your tongue.

Does it taste sour?

Is it sweet?

Really just begin to visualize that lemon and the color yellow.

For what it represents.

Yellow stands for our courage,

Our confidence,

And our ability to manifest our dreams.

Taking another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and gently,

Slowly releasing that out through your mouth.

And now gently shifting your awareness just four fingers above the belly,

Right there into your solar plexus.

Start to breathe into your solar plexus.

And as you're breathing in,

Visualize the color yellow and releasing that breath out and start to breathe in confidence.

And as you breathe out confidence,

Gently relax,

Putting out confidence to the world around you.

As you continue to breathe right in through your solar plexus,

Allowing yourself to let that little spinning wheel of energy start to ignite a little fire right there,

Giving you the courage and the confidence to pursue whatever it is that you want for this day.

And now begin to repeat the affirmation quietly in your mind.

I am confident.

I am confident.

I am on the in-breath,

Confident on the out-breath.

Continue breathing,

Repeating that affirmation.

And now let's take another long,

Slow,

Cleansing,

Deep breath in up from the base of that root chakra,

All the way up,

Passing through our solar plexus,

All the way through the throat and out through the crown of the head,

Slowly releasing that,

Bringing your awareness right into your solar plexus.

And now let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And now let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And now let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And now let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And now let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And return to your breath.

I can manifest my dreams.

And now coming back to all your senses,

Really squeezing those lemons that were in your hand and taking that bright citrus scent of lemon with you and really using the color yellow to wake you up and give you the energy and the courage and the confidence to manifest your dreams today and every day,

All day long.

And when you're ready,

Start to connect with your breath right there in your heart center.

And placing your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your left.

Give thanks and gratitude to one thing today that you are so grateful for.

One thing.

And now before we close our practice,

Let's plant a seed of intention for how we want to be today.

Not what we want to do,

Just how we want to show up.

Do we want to show up confident?

Courageous?

And breathing another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through that heart.

And gently releasing that out.

Locking out all noise.

And just connecting with the breath and really planting that seed of intention right there in your heart center.

And gently release your hands back down.

And taking one last long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Oh,

Releasing that out through your shoulders.

And starting to wiggle the fingers and wiggle the toes.

And then slowly,

When you're ready,

Start to open your eyes.

Coming back into the room and carrying the good vibes of this lemon drop meditation with you all day long.
