This practice is for you if you sense an emotional heaviness walking with you through your days that feels tense, tight, contracted or sore in your body. It feels like unresolved emotional energy. You would like to let the tension from this stored negative emotion finally pass through your body. Everything you need to feel at peace is within you, but it is buried under layers and layers of emotional tension. The body stores all the emotional charges that never quite made it through you in the past as tension. So, you can now choose to spend a small amount of time each day with these old emotional energies until the uncomfortable tension eventually releases completely from your body.
