
Guided Meditation For Rest And Peace

Relax and feel at peace. We gather here at this moment to feel loved and safe. Easily scan your body to release all energy and open to the feeling of love. Drift into sleep or create healing bubbles of light around you.
Transcript
This is the time for relaxation.
Please find a comfortable seat or lie down on the floor or bed,
Whatever is comfortable.
Please have a blanket as you may shift in temperature and if you need a pillow under your knees or under your head,
Find comfort in this spot that you've chosen.
Make a vow with yourself.
You will find peace,
Relaxation,
Possibly sleep,
And allow that energy to flow over you,
Beginning the mental process of relaxation,
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of the future,
Leaving all the mental chatter aside.
As you move the shoulders around and back,
Feeling the shoulders coming closer together,
The heart more wide open,
Maybe tuck the pelvis under,
Release the lower legs.
You can even squeeze the fingers and the toes and then drop down and release completely the arms,
The legs,
The back,
Feeling heaviness come throughout the body,
Almost like the floor is kind of pulling you down and then immediately feel as though the energy above is pulling you up.
It's like you kind of already dissolve into the space around you,
Focusing on the breath,
Closing the eyes,
Beginning to feel a melting in the back of the head into the floor or kind of expanding outwards and feel the kind of energetic pull on the face up or forwards,
Feeling the energy kind of pulled from both directions as we again focus on the breath,
Inhaling deeply,
Feeling the abdomen rise,
The chest full,
Exhale through the nose completely,
Feeling the chest relax and abdomen pull in.
Let's have another deep inhale,
Inhaling to the top of the shoulders,
Exhaling completely,
Let it go.
One more deep inhale,
Bringing the air all the way up to your chin and then just release the breath and allow the breath to come naturally.
Let's begin to scan the body,
Noticing the top of the head,
Noticing the hair follicles,
Become aware of where the hair touches the floor or where the hair touches your skin and then focus out.
Notice any sounds that you may hear inside the room and then grow your attention to sounds maybe outside your room.
How far can you stretch your hearing?
And then bringing your thoughts of hearing inside the room again,
Maybe even quieter like a heartbeat inside the body.
Bring your attention to the forehead,
Feel the relaxation coming over the forehead,
All the muscles of the temple relax,
All the muscles in the skull and even into the brain.
Feel a relaxation,
Almost a healing golden light covering the brain and all of the neurotransmitters and all the action in the brain.
Feel this relaxation come over it,
This slowing,
This peace as you focus on your eyebrows,
The left and the right,
Being aware of the eyes.
Imagine the place where the eye connects into the skull and then imagine the very center of the eye and then relax even where the eye connects into the ear,
That whole cheekbone relaxes on the left side and the right side,
Feeling the nose relax,
The tip of the nose,
Feeling the lips and then the jaw slack,
Let your jaw release,
Swallow,
Feel the whole throat and esophagus completely relax,
Bring maybe a healing light to the throat,
See if you can surround your throat with an imaginary golden healing light,
Soothing the thyroid glands,
Feeling relaxation in the shoulders,
Deep into the shoulders,
Into the scapula,
Into the bones in the back,
Feeling the upper back and all the connections to the spine and the central nervous nerve.
Just relax all of the nerves and the muscles along the spine of the upper back,
The middle back and the lower back.
Just allow the back to release,
To let go,
Feel safe and secure in this moment and then focusing on the chest,
The lungs,
All the lymph glands that are around the outside of the breast tissue,
Focus on the heart,
See if you can feel the pumping of the heart or the blood,
Bring a healing light around this heart,
Your heart,
Rose-colored,
Some would like a green colored maybe,
Bring color and love to your heart center and then relax the abdomen,
The stomach and the intestines,
Just feel a cool sensation come over your abdomen,
Relaxing yet warming all the way down to the colon,
Feeling the kidneys in your middle back,
Feel a healing light come around your entire abdomen,
Wrapping it in just a paste of healing and love,
Noticing your hands,
Your left hand and your right hand,
Focusing on the palm of the left hand,
Can you feel any vibrations,
Any energy,
Focus on the thumb of the left hand and the other four fingers,
Fingernails,
The back of the hand,
Feeling the right hand,
Feeling the right palm,
Feeling energy coming from this right palm,
Notice the right thumb and the four other fingers,
Fingernails on the right hand and then the back of your right hand,
Noticing the wrists,
Being aware of the elbows and where the joints of the arms go into the shoulders,
Noticing the bones of both of your arms and the skin and then noticing the pelvis,
Noticing the pelvic bone and where that connects in to the leg bone,
Feel that whole structural system relax,
Feeling into all the sexual organs and letting go,
Like make an effort to let go,
Release,
Open,
You're safe and secure,
Noticing the left leg,
The hip,
The knee,
The ankle and the left foot,
Noticing the five toes and toenails and focus on the bottom of the left foot,
Feel a heaviness there and then noticing on the right leg,
The hip,
The knee,
The ankle,
The foot,
The right foot,
Right toes,
Right toenails,
Feel the bottom of the foot and relax,
Let go of the legs,
The entire body is now relaxed,
Let's focus on the outside of the body,
Let's focus on the love that is around us,
Let's notice how far we can feel our energy outside of the body,
How far can it raise out,
Let's put a golden bubble of love and healing light around our bodies and as you notice yourself inside this healing bubble,
Every breath that you take brings in more love,
Breathing quietly as we focus on the place of our forehead,
Imagining a light coming from the center of the brain,
Shines out through the forehead,
A blue indigo light,
If you can imagine this light,
It travels all the way up to your higher self,
Your highest being and we receive an integration of clarity,
Safe,
Secure clarity and we focus on the top of the head and see how far our energy will take us and at that point,
We notice the edge of our subtle body and we draw another bubble around ourselves,
Golden bubble of healing light,
Relax in this moment,
As we fill this bubble with even more love,
As we are aware of this moment is completely peaceful,
Quiet and calm,
As we bring our attention to our heart center,
We notice a green light that shines from the center of our heart out into the subtle body energy field,
Imagine how far this green energy from your heart can go and at the edge of this energy,
You have one more bubble that is created around your body of golden healing light,
You are now within three bubbles of healing golden light and we just absorb this feeling of safe and secure love.
We now journey back to our physical body,
We notice our body,
See the body completely where it lays or sits and bring yourself back into the body by repeating silently the word integrate,
Integrate and as we are now back into the physical body,
We feel that our body has weight again and we slowly move our fingers and our toes and if we have fallen asleep and continue in peaceful sleep and if you would like to wake from this deep sleep of meditative love,
Begin to move your head back and forth,
Begin to move the arms and legs,
Begin to shift the body from side to side,
Waking up the body.
If we were lying down,
Roll over to one side,
Stay in this moment for,
Maybe give yourself a hug,
If you're seated,
You can wrap one arm to one shoulder and the other arm to the other shoulder and just give a nice hug,
Hug yourself,
Come up to seated,
Find an erect spine,
Bow your head,
Bring your hands to your heart,
Be grateful for this moment,
Be grateful for the love you've received,
Be grateful for all beings and I wish you a beautiful moment.
