I created this course for those who want to take control of the quality of their life.
If you are listening to this course introduction,
It is likely because you want to be more proactive in making your life happen instead of life happening to you.
So I am here to support that desire by offering a way to create a richer,
Happier life.
We all get that you,
Me,
And everyone wants to be happy.
However,
Most do not have a clear or realistic idea about achieving it.
Many think it is when you find the right person,
Get the right job,
Move into the right home,
And it is none of these.
Everything just mentioned is an external circumstance when in truth,
Happiness is an inside job.
Though candidly,
Most of us need help and guidance to access,
Appreciate,
And cultivate our inner world to be more productive and connected to our outer world.
In this 10-day course,
I will lead you through a process that will enable you to create your inner sanctuary,
Your happy place.
You will have the essentials to build a rewarding and intentional life by the end.
Each part will include a topic related to happiness,
Reflective practices,
And guided meditations.
I will cover some myths about happiness,
Our happiness set point,
And how you can affect your life along the happiness continuum.
I talk about how you can become victorious in your life,
Letting go of thoughts that rob you of happiness.
I will also offer tips on turning negative thoughts into positive ones.
Halfway through the course,
We will focus on love's healing nature,
How to take care of your mind,
Body,
And spirit,
And the importance of cultivating our number one human need,
Connection.
Finally,
We will tie all seven steps together on day 10 to create a happiness plan that goes beyond this course.
I am a PhD in conscious-centered living.
I write and teach the habits of successful happy people.
I am also the publisher of A Good Things,
A newsletter about living a good life.
