Here's a meditation for you on worthiness.
Start by closing your eyes.
And just feeling the weight of your eyelids meet your eyes.
Whether you are seated in a chair,
Perhaps you're lying down,
Maybe you're sunk into your couch.
I want you to feel what is beneath you.
What's supporting you.
Can you feel your sit bones connected to your seat,
To your cozy couch?
Can you feel your entire back body connected with the floor or your bed?
Can you take another deep breath in?
And exhale,
This time out the mouth.
Letting the jaw separate.
Perhaps circling the jaw in one direction.
And then the other.
Letting go of anything,
Any extra tension that may be within the jaw.
Take another deep inhale breath and fill up your heart space.
Feel your shoulders rise,
Your chest lift.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Now I want you to shift your consciousness to your toes.
How do your toes feel when you fill them with breath?
Are you able to identify,
To notice any sensation within your toe?
And as you shift your consciousness,
What happens to your mind?
Do thoughts begin to wither away?
Do they speed up?
Again,
There's no right or wrong here.
Simply awareness.
Take another deep inhale breath.
And exhale,
Soften.
I want you to take a moment to imagine a ray of sun shining and beaming down into your heart space.
And for your heart space to meet that beam of sun,
Shining and beaming back towards that ray of light.
To how they meet one another.
And you can feel that expansion,
That volt of electricity that meets your heart.
You might be able to feel the warmth that's filling your heart and your chest space.
Take another deep inhale breath.
And exhale.
Now move forth into your day with this sense of expansion.
And reach with this connection to your inner light.
And if at any point throughout your day you notice your thoughts becoming things,
Pause.
Take another deep inhale breath.
And that's how to feel into that inner light,
Your heart expansion.
