Explore MeditationCourtney is an Embodied Health & Wellness practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Graduate Student in Social Work. Courtney’s interest in embodied health and wellness began early, as empathy, movement and story-telling became a way to help her understand both herself and others. Courtney attained her BA in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. She then carried on to live internationally (in Australia & New Zealand) and travel for the years following her undergraduate degree. She worked in Behavioral Therapy and the Nonprofit Space, supporting children, teens and adults with Autism and various unique abilities. She gained her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 training in 2017 and has been teaching yoga for the last 5 years. She is also certified in offering Kids Yoga classes, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Somatic Bodywork and has her Reiki One & Two Attunements.
