So it's time to be happy.
And one of the ingredients of happiness is gratitude.
Because when my heart is full,
When my heart is overflowing,
Then there is nothing but gratitude and an inner sense of joy for having received so much from life.
So let me sit very peacefully,
Comfortably and completely relax my body.
And just be aware how your body listens to the orders of you,
The inner being.
Ask your body to relax,
To be easy.
Let your breathing calm down.
And then turn within.
And allow yourself to gently appreciate what you do have in this moment.
You have the time to sit and listen to this recording.
You have the time to reflect and to gather memories that give joy.
You have the space inside your mind to create good thoughts.
And you have your breath,
Your life,
Which is still there,
Asking you to create something positive,
Something meaningful,
Something beautiful.
And on top of all of these,
You may also have food to eat,
A comfortable home,
Supportive people around you.
You may have a beautiful outlook from your window.
You may be able to appreciate the rising sun and watch the sun as it sets.
Just take a few moments now to count all the blessings in your life that you have externally.
Can you feel the wind?
Can you appreciate the trees?
Can you see some birds?
Nature is so abundant.
Is there someone you can talk to when things go wrong?
When you open the fridge,
Is there something you can eat?
When you wash your hands when you want to and lie down on a comfortable bed?
There is so much to be grateful for on the outside.
How lucky we are to be able to live a life with enough.
And now as I turn within,
I'm grateful for this time,
A time when I can sit still and just reflect and pull up such beautiful memories in my mind,
Such beautiful thoughts that remind me how blessed I am.
I have this space and I have this moment in time to be still,
To be right here with myself in peace.
And I am grateful for this.
Because the more I sit in this space of gratitude,
The more I realize there is nothing to fear.
Nothing to want.
But just accepting the moment and things the way they are helps me to feel this inner sense of peace,
Of calm and of stillness.
So I am grateful to my own mind for allowing me to feel this inner sense of peace.
Because in peace I can create a feeling of joy,
A feeling of happiness,
A feeling of abundance.
I have all that I need.
I am okay.
I am so grateful.
And there is inner happiness.
And I allow this energy of inner happiness to radiate outward,
Filling not just my mind,
My heart,
But my own aura with happiness.
It's as though I am surrounded by a bubble of happiness.
And now I allow the happiness to radiate further,
Filling the physical space I am in,
Whether a room or my home or just a space in the park,
With this energy of happiness.
And now I allow my happiness to radiate further into the world.
I am grateful to be able to sit here and feel this inner sense of peace and joy.
And to contribute this energy of happiness into my world.
