In this meditation,

I will send out the energy of happiness into the world knowing very well that whatever energy goes out is the energy that comes back.

So find a very comfortable place for the body and start the meditation by just observing your mind and checking to see what's there on that screen of my mind.

What kind of thoughts and feelings have I been producing and holding on to for the last few hours?

Is there anything unwanted there?

Anything wasteful that I can let go of right now?

Because the thoughts and feelings of my immediate past will keep coming up and influencing what happens in this present moment.

So if I want to change my emotions,

My feelings,

My thought patterns,

I need to let go.

And I just find myself on positive thought.

A thought that gives me great joy.

A thought that brings me security,

Safety.

A thought that allows me to generate happiness.

And I allow this thought to move from my head into my heart.

I allow myself to feel what the thought is telling me.

And as I feel this thought,

I start to radiate it into my immediate atmosphere.

My own aura is filled with inner joy.

My own body receives this energy and optimism and positivity.

Create inner peace,

Inner health,

An inner state of wellness in the cells of my body.

And now I allow my energy to radiate even further,

To keep going out,

Touching people who I meet regularly.

Creating the foundation of our relationship on the basis of my positive feelings now.

And as my energy goes out,

I know that as it touches people in my life,

It is influencing them,

Influencing our relationship.

And that same energy will ultimately come back.

Positivity only generates more positivity.

And I feel that energy creating an impact.

On certain people in my life.

A positive impact,

An uplifting impact.

And now I send out this energy into all the various situations that I know will come into my life in the near future.

And I feel this energy creating an atmosphere,

Creating vibrations of positivity and optimism.

For all of these situations,

If there are blockages,

Then a solution is found,

A way forward,

A way out of the darkness can be seen.

I know that if I keep sending this energy out,

There will be no difficulties.

So let me affect my life proactively.

Let me create the foundation of my day,

Of my interactions by holding this energy of inner happiness,

Inner positivity and inner goodness,

And gently radiating it out into my life.

The more I share,

The more I care,

The more this energy gets actively used and ultimately comes back to support my mind and my feelings even more.

So just spend a few moments sharing your energy of positivity and inner joy right now.
