This is a guided meditation to welcome gratitude.
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational frequencies we can embody.
When we practice gratitude,
We invite beauty into our lives and we open ourselves up to be the receivers of miracles.
So find a place where you will not be disturbed and let's open our hearts together.
To begin,
Let's take a slow,
Gentle inhale,
Breathing in life force energy.
And on the exhale,
Release anything you might be carrying today.
Release it all into the earth.
Let's do it one more time.
Take a slow,
Gentle inhale,
Breathing in vitality.
And on the exhale,
Release something you've been holding on to.
The energetic body does not know the difference between thoughts and actual truth.
We are capable of producing thoughts that invite somatic peace and love into our bodies,
As if good things have already arrived.
Gratitude can be a powerful antidote for suffering.
It allows us to be the architect of our minds.
When we invite gratitude into our world and say thank you for what we have,
We are communicating to our energetic body.
We are communicating that we are safe and that we are ready to receive feelings of calm and peace.
So allow yourself to receive and together we can call upon the things that we are grateful for.
I welcome you to recite the following mantras silently in your mind or out loud if it supports you.
Thank you for allowing me to see another day.
Thank you for my ability to move through the world.
Thank you for my health.
Thank you for my body,
The vessel which keeps me alive and is working in support of me every second of every day.
Thank you for this moment of stillness right here.
Thank you for my resilience.
Thank you for all the difficulties that have brought me here.
Thank you for my journey.
Thank you.
When we express gratitude for the things that we may take for granted,
We are coming into communion with our most loving self and we can see that we have so much to be grateful for simply by being here.
Simply being alive is a miracle and a blessing and now I invite you to think of something you are grateful for.
It could be a small as your morning cup of coffee or a conversation you had with a friend.
What does it feel like to give thanks to that moment?
What sensory feelings arise when you project the frequency of gratitude onto the universe?
Here I invite you to spend a few moments in this place of bliss.
Really experience it.
And I will guide you out shortly.
Slowly let go of the pictures in your mind.
I welcome you to invite gentle movement here if it feels good.
Perhaps a smile.
And I encourage you to spend as much time as you'd like in this peaceful state that you have cultivated.
And remember that this space is always available to you.
For the beauty of gratitude is within you.
Thank you for allowing me to be your guide today.
