This is a guided shamanic journey using my voice and music, to help you connect more deeply to your soul and the innate love within. Many people feel a sense of lack of self-love, and reconnecting to those inner parts of you can help you to gain more acceptance, allowance, love - for yourself and for others. Give yourself a gift and raise your frequency. This track is accompanied by music that includes some shamanic drumming and then moves into more uplifting music towards the end.

Hello and welcome to this shamanic self-love journey.

This is a journey of acceptance,

Of allowance and of love.

Bring yourself into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and just start to bring your attention inwards.

Begin to become aware of your breath flowing through your body and imagine that with every in-breath you can breathe in relaxation and with every out-breath just letting go of any stress and tension in your body,

Mind or spirit.

Breathing in relaxation and into every cell of your body and breathing out any stress and tension as we go on.

Bring your awareness to your body and to the top of your head.

Bring your awareness to your brain,

To your mind and begin now the process of releasing any critical thought,

Any limiting beliefs,

Any negative labels,

Any old stories or programs,

Anything that is holding you back and no longer serving your best and highest good.

You don't even need to know exactly what these are.

Just set an intention to let go,

To release.

Let go of any tension or stress or worry in your forehead.

Relax your eyes,

Relax your cheek,

Relax your jaw.

Notice if you are holding any tension in this area just let it go.

Allow your tongue to sit comfortably in your mouth,

Soft.

Move your awareness down to your throat and just accept all of those times you've suppressed your voice,

Stifled your words,

The fear of judgment.

Move your awareness down to your shoulders,

Release any weight from your shoulders,

Any sense of overwhelm or responsibility that is not yours to carry.

With this releasing,

Letting go of any tension from your shoulders.

Feel them lifted off.

Bring your awareness to your chest.

Go of any old emotions that might be stuck in this area,

Any worry,

Any anxiety.

Just let it go.

Let it float away like a leaf in the breeze.

With any sense of guilt,

Grief.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Feel or sense your heart beating deep in your chest.

Have any bitterness,

Any anger,

Any resentment.

To be free from any negativity.

Then moving your awareness now down to your abdomen.

Letting go of any feelings of self-doubt,

Affectionism.

Those times you've been too hard on yourself or set yourself unrealistic or very high expectations.

Bring your awareness to your liver.

You don't need to think about where your liver is,

Body knows,

Your subconscious knows.

Just focus your attention on releasing.

Allow your liver to release any stored anger.

Just let it go.

If this is anger directed at yourself or another,

Just release it.

Let your attention travel down to your kidneys.

Releasing any fear from your kidneys.

What kind of fear this may be.

Fear only keeps you stuck in a feeling of separation.

Go of the fear.

Allow your awareness to come to your hips and your pelvis.

Release any shame or guilt.

To flow down the rest of your body.

Down both legs,

The tips of your toes.

Releasing any old weight,

Any old program,

Any old label,

Any old emotions,

Any old stories and any old energy.

Now bring your awareness once more to the top of your head.

Imagine or feel a golden light flowing in through the top of your head.

Feel this light begin to flow throughout your body.

The top of your head,

Right down to the tips of your toes.

Say hello to your body.

Welcome your body into this space.

Apologize for any previous mistreatment and tell your body you want it to be well.

If there are any parts of your body you have criticized,

Give them love.

Whether you criticize their strength,

Their image,

Their attractiveness or something else.

Release the judgment and simply bring in love.

Feel a sense of gratitude for your body,

For its strength,

Its mobility and simply for its existence.

Accept your body as it is right here in this very moment.

Allow to do its job,

To be your vehicle in this life.

And love your body,

Not for any reason,

But simply because it is.

Relax,

Refresh,

Bring light,

Expand,

Purify,

Renew,

Raise the frequency.

Imagine now that in the distance there's a spiritual being walking towards you.

As they approach,

You see they're surrounded by all white lights.

This is an ancestor or loved one,

A guardian or angel.

They may seem familiar or perhaps not,

But they radiate a sense of love and compassion.

Come to meet you and as they come close,

You feel this overwhelming sense of love embracing you,

Healing you,

Surrounding and enveloping you.

As you look into their eyes,

You see they are overflowing with love.

Allow them to pass you this power of love now,

Whether through their eyes,

Through their hand,

Through an embrace or any other way you like.

Witness their perfection in their very existence and know that you are no different from them.

Acknowledge your time and place in this universe.

Acknowledge your own existence.

Acknowledge your value,

Your worth,

Your love.

You are pure love.

That is the reason for your existence.

You are perfect in any imperfection.

You are perfect simply because you exist.

Look one more time into the eyes of your spiritual friend,

Witnessing his love and compassion and absorbing it into your being and give love and gratitude to them and do the same to yourself and say silently,

Inwardly to yourself inside your mind,

Feeling the resonance of the word.

Love you.

And the action of spirit through my body.

And whenever you are ready,

Take a deep cleansing breath in and as you exhale,

Slowly open your eyes.

Welcome back.
