Sophie supports stressed-out parents and high-performing professionals to develop emotional steadiness – the ability to stay calm, grounded, and responsive (rather than reactive) under pressure. Her work focuses on stress reduction and emotional regulation, helping people move out of reactivity and into clarity, connection, and calm leadership – at home and at work. Drawing on hypnotherapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), Human Design, nonviolent communication, and somatic therapy, Sophie works intuitively and holistically to help people reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and create meaningful, lasting change – both within themselves and in their closest relationships.
