Hi love and welcome.

Today I have a truly nourishing meditation for us but before we begin today's meditation I want to invite you to simply arrive you've made it here and that matters more than you know this practice that we're diving into today grounded in gratitude an invitation to come home to yourself to slow down to soften your edges and to reconnect with that that quiet magic that's always been within you so whether you're listening with a warm mug in your hands or finding a pocket of peace in between all of the things you have going on today know that this moment is yours let it hold you let it nourish you so take a breath,

Settle in,

And let's begin welcome love,

I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly and let yourself land here in this very moment releasing the noise of the day the mental to-do's the striving allow your shoulders to soften and your jaw to release and your belly to expand gently with your breath feel the support beneath you feel the ground,

The chair,

The bed,

And feel it holding you completely you are safe to arrive exactly as you are now bring your awareness to your heart space you might even place your hand there feeling the gentle rise and fall beneath your palm and with every breath imagine your heart glowing a little brighter a warm golden light spreading through your chest this light represents gratitude the quiet joy of being alive of being here of having this breath with each inhale breathe in appreciation with each exhale release tension and expectation and I invite you to let your gratitude flow now into your body this vessel that carries you through your days thank your feet for grounding you for every step that brings you closer to your dreams thank your legs for their strength and steadiness thank your belly for nourishing you for being the center of intuition and creation thank your arms and hands for the way they hold and nurture and create and thank your heart for beating faithfully through it all whisper softly thank you body for being my home now bring your awareness to the space around you the air touching your skin the soft sounds in the background the rhythm of your breath and let gratitude rise for this exact moment simple quiet and whole there's nothing to fix nothing to rush everything you need is here right now begin to expand your field of gratitude outward to your loved ones your family your friends the souls who walk alongside you to the women in this community each one showing up doing the inner and outer work reminding you that you're never alone feel the collaborative heartbeat hundreds of hearts glowing in unison amplifying gratitude and grace and let this wave of thankfulness ripple outward to the teachers who have guided you to the challenges that have strengthened you to the unseen blessings still on their way whisper thank you for it all the light,

And the love as we begin to close take one more deep breath breathing in gratitude breathing out peace imagine that golden light of gratitude now radiating through your whole body from your heart to your fingertips to your toes to the crown of your head you are glowing with gratitude you are grounded in grace you are connected to all that is good carry this feeling with you as you move through your day noticing the little blessings the simple joys and the quiet beauty when you're ready gently wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes bringing this grounded gratitude with you and whisper softly to yourself I am grateful I am enough I am here
