Hi friends,
Welcome to this relaxation protocol.
My name's Denise,
And I'm coming to you from New Jersey,
USA.
I invite you to lie down for this practice and be somewhere safe where you can truly relax.
This is good to do before bedtime.
If you need a quick nap in the middle of the day,
Want to get comfortable,
Perhaps have a headset.
And as you find your position,
I will invite the bowls,
Our little orchestra for today,
To sound check.
Sometimes it's nice to have a headset.
Already while we're here.
Becoming acquainted with the sound.
Also becoming reacquainted with your breath.
Notice how it is in this moment.
I can't rest relaxation as much as I'd like to.
In my own practice.
So as the body begins to relax,
It opens more toward that deeper breath.
So that fully supported posture as you can.
You I'm playing the balls from the top down,
Energy-wise.
For now,
So there's our root.
So a nice grounded,
Rooted breath.
All the way to your toes.
And out the mouth or nose.
Play that root bowl again.
Feeling the earth below you supporting you through all these layers.
Relax your hands.
Your fingers.
Your feet.
Notice the breath at the tip of the nose.
Let this breath relax your face,
Your jaw,
Your tongue.
Let this breath soften through your neck and throat.
Down your shoulders.
Down the length of your arm.
Your hands,
Palms and fingers.
You might feel a big chest breath for the moment.
And that relaxation.
And allow that breath to move from the tip of your nose through the chest to a deeper belly breath.
Relaxing through the hips.
Down your leg.
Out the soles of your feet and toes.
There's nowhere to be and nowhere to get to.
To let this magic carpet of sound embrace you.
Soften.
Count the inhale,
And if this pace doesn't work for you,
Find a pace that is right for your rhythm.
Gentle exhale.
Inhale for four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Exhale,
Six,
Five.
One,
Two.
.
.
Three,
Four,
Exhale.
Follow your page.
And follow the sounds of the balls.
With every ring.
Relaxing deeper.
You you Samasta.
Mavandu.
Gently coming into your breath.
And at the sound of the bells,
Choosing to go deeper,
Staying longer.
Or this will draw you back.
As the practice here.
Comes to a close.
