To exhale and release the shoulders,
Relax the chest.
Breathing in long,
Deep,
Tall spine.
Exhaling as the body fully surrenders into stillness.
Just continuing to focus on your breath.
Following those sensations of the breath throughout your body.
Just gently acknowledging and releasing any distractions,
Thoughts.
Coming back to your breath and back to the here and now.
Taking this opportunity shifting the awareness inwards.
And just contemplating,
Asking yourself,
I wonder what kind of exciting things will happen to make my day wonderful.
Just allowing yourself to be expansive.
Possibilities are endless.
