Guided Imagery Colour Angelic Meditation For Stress Relief

Hi,

This is Stefania,

And we're going to have a little guided meditation,

Archways of Color,

That's going to take us through a magical,

Very colorful forest where we will meet various elements of nature and the archangel of healing,

Angel Raphael.

If you're feeling a bit stressed right now,

Maybe you could just roll your shoulders a little bit,

Take a couple of deep breaths in and out to kind of slow yourself down and prepare.

If you're not feeling stressed,

That's good.

Take a couple of breaths anyhow,

Just to get yourself ready.

Let's begin.

You find yourself strolling leisurely down a path that leads you into the most wonderful,

Enchanted forest.

There is a slight mist on the ground,

And there is a light breeze gently blowing the leaves of the trees and softly brushing against your cheek.

As you stroll slowly through the forest,

You can hear the birds singing in the trees.

As you look up at the trees,

You can see that they are made up of so many various colors of vibrant greens.

You can feel the peace and tranquility radiating from the bold colored green trees.

The trees are your friends,

And they fill you with wonderment and pure joy.

The colors of green from the trees get stronger and stronger as you walk along.

As you look down,

You can see that you are walking on a soft blanket of green grass.

You can smell the aroma of this fantastic green grass as you walk along.

The smells get more and more intense as you continue your journey through the forest.

As you meander along,

You come across a beautiful archway that is covered in the most outstanding red flowers.

You can smell the scent of these red flowers as they delicately cover the archway,

And you can smell their delightful fragrance.

These colors of red get stronger and stronger.

As you look at the arch,

You can see that bright red butterflies are fluttering around,

Gently landing on and off of the vibrant red flowers.

You now pass through the archway and continue to stroll through the forest.

You can see that the red flowers carpet the forest floor.

As you wander through,

On the carpet of the red flowers,

You notice a little robin with this magnificent red breast perched on the path in front of you.

It looks up to you as if saying a little hello and then gently flies away.

You meander along the path until you reach another archway.

This archway is covered in the most vivid orange flowers.

And colors get stronger and stronger.

As you smell these vibrant orange flowers,

You look up to find the most beautiful little orange hummingbird landing on the arch,

Humming away as it also enjoys the radiant orange flowers.

You wander through the archway and find that the floor of the forest is now covered in every direction with orange flowers.

The colors of the orange flowers get more and more intense as you walk along.

You see some beautiful orange butterflies fluttering around the orange flowers and then fluttering in front of you,

Leading you along the path to another archway.

This archway is covered by sunny yellow flowers.

Their vibrant yellow amazes you as you enjoy their intense yellow color.

A little bright yellow butterfly gently lands on the yellow flowers on the archway and brings you a feeling of calm.

Maybe calm that you've never felt before.

As you go through the archway,

You notice that the forest floor is covered with these intense yellow flowers and that you can see they are covering the forest floor in every direction.

As you walk along,

The little beautiful yellow butterfly flutters in front of you and you enjoy its company.

As the little yellow butterfly flutters away,

You come to another archway.

This archway is covered in the most colorful blue flowers.

Their gentle presence on the archway fills you with wonder and you are amazed by how strong the colors are.

And you can smell their sweet perfume.

A tiny little bluebird lands on top of the archway and chirps away at you and then gently leads you along the path.

As you follow the little bluebird,

You look down to find that the floor is now covered with blue flowers in every direction.

The blue gets brighter and brighter and you can smell their sweet aroma as you walk past them.

There is a slight breeze that is softly brushing your cheek as you come to another archway covered in majestic indigo flowers.

This color gives you a feeling of grandeur as it gets stronger and stronger.

You take a moment to take wonder from these magnificent indigo flowers that cover the archway.

You can smell the sweet aroma from these wonderful indigo flowers.

Indigo butterflies now land on the flowers,

Enjoy their fragrance and then flutter away.

As you now continue through the archway,

You notice that these majestic indigo flowers are carpeting the floor of the forest in as far as your eye can see.

As you begin to wander further into the forest,

You come to another archway.

This archway is covered with the most beautiful violet flowers and you can smell their floral smell as the colors get stronger and stronger.

The colors are now the most amazing vibrant violet.

As you take in these strong violet colors,

They get brighter and brighter.

You can hear a happy little violet hummingbird humming away to you as it enjoys the vibrant violet flowers and to fill in your heart with happiness.

You continue your walk under the archway and through the forest.

You can see that the forest is now carpeted with the most glorious violet flowers.

You come to another archway.

This archway is covered in the most purest of white flowers.

You can smell the intense sweet smell of these bright white flowers.

As you find yourself under the white flower archway,

You can see that there is some white light radiating from the little white flowers.

This white light gets brighter and brighter as you stand under the arch until the whole arch is made up of the most intense pure white light.

This white light expands from the arch and forms a white mist in front of you.

White light gets stronger and stronger and then goes back into a gentle white mist again.

The white mist from the flowers swirls in front of you and you gently breathe in the pure white mist and then gently breathe it back out again.

With every breath,

You can feel it filling every cell of your body,

Bringing you to peace and harmony as it does so.

Now,

In the distance,

You can see two majestic trees with their roots firmly in the ground.

They have a calming effect on you.

Their loving branches form the next arch.

As you approach the tree archway,

You notice that their branches are in the shape of angel wings and the color is changing from green to white.

The angel now forming the tree arch with his wings as you approach is called angel Raphael.

You stand under the archangel archway in this loving embrace as angel Raphael happily works away to take away all of your troubles and fears and everything that does not serve you at this moment in time.

You spend a couple of moments enjoying your loving healing from angel Raphael.

And now,

It is time to thank angel Raphael for this loving healing and slowly leave your enchanted forest.

As you walk on and you leave the forest,

You feel a bit more at peace.

Knowing that things will work out.

Things are working out for the highest good of all concerned.

And everything,

Everything is always working out for you.

And so it is.

Everything is always working out for you.

And that's the end of our visit to the archway in the forest.

Take a few deep breaths in and out to bring yourself back to the now.
