Welcome beautiful soul to this guided meditation where you are given the opportunity to find balance between your spiritual journey and worldly desires and commitments.

Prepare now to travel to the tranquil sanctuary within.

Find a comfortable position and focus on the gentle rhythm of your breath.

In this peaceful space the music volume will reduce for a short while to allow you to become fully conscious of your energy,

Your essence,

Your true unlimited self.

Feel serenity and peace wash over you.

Allow tension,

Anxiety and worries to ease away on each exhale.

You are safe.

Consider the full moon as a marker on your journey,

An invitation to reflect on your authentic self as pure and unlimited consciousness.

Yet also an opportunity to manifest your dreams and desires whether physical or spiritual.

There is a delicate balance required to navigate intensified emotions and a desire to bring a higher frequency into the worldly realms.

To balance actively shaping events and allowing them to unfold.

Do the best you can do and accept whatever unfolds recognizing that it is ultimately for the best even if its wisdom isn't immediately apparent.

Once again direct your attention within.

Become aware of your true self observing you revealing your physicality.

Until the gong contemplate how consciousness reveals your body senses and thoughts to you.

Until the gong reflect now on your journey so far both physically and spiritually.

Not to linger in it but to extract the wisdom needed for your onward journey.

Consider your private and public personas,

The unconditional and the conditional,

The inner journey and the outer journey.

Embrace the complexities of life with grace and balance.

Set good intentions and detach from the outcomes.

Flow with what will be will be for your personal journey to facilitate growth and maturity so that you may find perfect peace within and without.

Focus on your gentle breath for a few cycles.

Balance is not a static state but a dynamic process of continual recalibration of our energies and intentions creating a harmonious flow within.

As you continue to quietly explore your true reality visualize the inner light within you.

See it leading you on the path to authenticity and self-discovery.

Contemplate until the gong whether the light of consciousness is illuminating areas of your life that require your attention particularly around your emotional needs and expressions.

Be guided to find the best solutions for you.

Focus once again on your breath.

Considering the intricate interplay between your desires and the reality you perceive spend some time until the gong in gratitude for past present and future manifestations.

Consciousness is woven into the physical fabric of your journey.

There is not a thread in the tapestry of your life that consciousness is not present.

Waking,

Dreaming,

Deep sleeping consciousness is you.

Your true self ever-present and without beginning or end.

Your inner journey is manifest in your outer journey.

Being at peace with challenges on your physical journey brings peace within and being at peace within brings peace to your physical journey resulting in beautiful balance and harmony.

Focus on your heart center and with each breath feel your heart space expanding flooding you with love with peace with the knowledge of your unlimited self.

Until the gong simply be unlimited love and peace.

In your own time bring awareness to your surroundings and gently open your eyes carrying with you the tranquility and insights gained during this meditation.
