Lovebugs.
It is time to say good night to your day and just come into yourself for a moment so that you close the day with intention,
With releasing,
With love.
Begin by taking in a nice deep breath and then breathe out nice and slow,
Closing your eyes,
Coming into this moment.
Let's take a moment and do a couple rounds of a box breath.
Breathing in to the count of four,
Holding to the count of four,
Exhaling to the count of four,
Holding for four,
And then doing it again.
Let's go ahead and do that now.
Breathing in two,
Three,
Four,
Holding two,
Three,
Four,
Releasing two,
Three,
Four,
Holding two,
Three,
Four,
In two,
Three,
Four,
Hold two,
Three,
Four,
Releasing two,
Three,
Four,

Very well,
Just allowing your breath to flow in and out naturally now.
And let's take a moment and gather up all of the stress,
The frustrations,
The injustices of the day,
And let's release whatever didn't go well today.
Release it from your mind,
From your body,
From your heart,
From your energy,
Just let it go.
Let it go and melt away with your exhaling breath.
Or perhaps you need to shake it out,
Or send it out to the universe to recycle for more love and more good for you tomorrow.
Just release it so that you're not carrying it to your dreams,
To tomorrow,
Releasing it today,
So that more happiness and peace can fill up the space inside of you.
And with another breath,
Just release any remaining stress,
Frustrations,
And injustices,
Just releasing anything that brings you down instead of uplifting you.
So knowing that as you sleep tonight,
Your subconscious can continue to release anything that needs to be released so that you can have a fulfilling,
Blissful day tomorrow and a wonderful night's sleep.
Now I'd like to invite you to take a moment and reflect on what went well today.
Where did you shine today?
Where did you make progress today?
What felt good and joyful and exciting and loving today?
Take a moment and replay the wonderful highlights of your day.
You're doing phenomenal.
And now I'd like to invite you to take a moment in gratitude and in love.

And it's very fitting to complete your day in gratitude and love.
So if you need to,
Activate your love and gratitude in your heart space.
Notice how it expands with each breath.
See the color of the energy of love and gratitude flowing through you,
Expanding within you and all around you.
And then begin to declare what you are grateful for personally.
And now declare what you are grateful for professionally.
And now declare what you are grateful for when it comes to you.
What are you grateful for about yourself?
And now declare what you are grateful for when it comes to you.

Wonderful.
Is there anything else you want to acknowledge today?
