5D ascension exercise,
Angels of inspiration,
Coming to a still point,
Aware of your cycle of breath,
Focusing on the cycle of breath,
And with this focus coming really fully present now in the present moment,
Releasing all concerns of past or future,
As you know how,
Focusing on the breath become more aware of a point of light in the centre of the heart,
This point may feel like a tiny radiant diamond in the centre of this chakra,
As you follow that cycle of breath and focusing on the point of light in the heart,
Also feel your connection to the crystalline grid of the earth,
Staying with the cycle of breath,
Becoming aware of another point of light in the centre of your throat,
Again this point may feel like a tiny radiant diamond,
And through this point of light you can also feel your connection to the crystalline core of the sun,
So with the heart connected to the earth and the throat connected to the sun,
With your breath you can breathe light up from the earth into the heart,
Igniting the heart,
You can also core light down into the point of light into your throat,
Igniting the throat,
Just breathing with these two points of light,
Heart connected to the earth,
Throat connected to the sun,
Please note that within the energetic grids of the earth and the sun there are many angels and ascended beings that could be contacted there for healing and support,
And in this exercise we're particularly interested in angels that hold certain blueprints,
And there are angels that hold the blueprint for every quality that can be experienced on the earth plane,
And with this focus on the heart and the throat and the earth and the sun,
Let's call a set of angels that could be called the angels of inspiration,
These angels hold the blueprint of the quality of inspiration and they work through the higher mental body,
These angels are electric in nature,
Inspiration is a force that enthuses and expands the mind,
Motivating new ideas,
New forms of experimentation,
New movement,
New creativity,
Inspiration is a power that opens the mind to new solutions,
New approaches,
New innovations,
New possibilities,
Inspiration is the ability to lift the mind to think outside of the old 3d box,
With your breath and the focus on the core of the earth,
Core of the sun,
Let's invite angels of inspiration into the space,
And these angels at times have a gentle feeling,
An expansive feeling,
They can also have an intense feeling,
A fiery feeling,
These angels radiate a light that may appear different shades of blue,
Tinges of silver and gold,
Sometimes the light may contain starbursts of brilliant white,
Just open now as these angels begin transmitting waves of gentle blue white silver gold light into the throat chakra,
Allowing a great expansion in the throat,
Igniting the throat,
Opening the throat to the vast energies of the universe,
Opening the throat and the higher mental mind to new ideas,
New thoughts,
New possibilities,
Just allow this transmission of light deep into all layers,
Levels,
Dimensions of the throat,
Expanding what's within you,
Your throat's ability to express innate creative ideas in whatever way you choose,
Allow this light to be subtle or intense as needed,
Feeling waves of this blue white silver gold light into the throat,
Out into the mental body,
Higher mental body,
Expanding your aura,
And at the same time allow this radiation down the spine,
Down the central channel to the heart,
Connecting heart and throat,
And also down to the base,
Igniting the base,
And down into the crystalline grid of the earth,
Just as the angels of inspiration are electric in nature,
The crystalline grid has a complementary magnetic component,
Feeling the crystalline grid of light beneath your feet,
Helping to ground these waves of electric light,
Allowing the electric waves of inspiration and the magnetic waves from the crystalline grid to meet and harmonize,
In this meeting,
A greater unity can be formed between the lower and higher mental bodies,
Assisting them to work in greater harmony,
Expanding your ability to be inspired,
Expanding your sense of appreciation for the power of inspiration to be a motivator for your own growth,
And guiding force in your life,
Allowing this light from these angels to help the lower mental body relinquish control,
Ego control,
So that it may more fully serve the higher,
To more fully and truly serve your soul's mission on the earth plane,
Feeling electric waves of blue white silver gold inspirational light in the throat,
Also expanding out into the head,
Helping to unify the two hemispheres of the brain,
Helping the brain and neurons create new creative electric pathways,
Find new thoughts,
New solutions,
New creative doorways,
New visions,
New dreams,
New ways of moving forward,
As you go about your day,
Just feel into this electromagnetic process going on in your body,
Mind and energy centers,
Know that you are held in the light of inspiration,
That your mind is a light with new waves of inspiration,
In this light you can see the world with new eyes,
Allowing new brighter thoughts to open new brighter doorways in your mind,
