Now gently close your eyes and mouth.
Start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.

On your inhale,
Feel the air coming through your nostrils.
Follow the air as it comes down your airways.
Tune into the expansion of your lungs.
On your exhale,
Follow the air up through your airways,
Through your nasal cavity and out your nostrils.
Be aware of this process.
Pay full attention to your breath.
Now breathe in deeper by expanding your belly on your inhalation and relaxing your belly on your exhalation.
Follow your breathing through your diaphragm,
Through your belly.
Now breathe in deeper by expanding your belly on your exhalation.
Now breathe in deeper by expanding your belly on your exhalation.
Allow your natural harmonious breath to take place.
Do not interrupt or disturb the natural flow of your breath.
Now be aware of your attention.
Visualize your attention to be like a spotlight that brings life to whatever it shines on.
Notice your attention on your hands,
Arms,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Back,
Front,
And back.
Front,
Chest,
Hips,
Legs.
And feet.
Now focus your attention on the body part that requires healing.
Allow your spotlight to shine in this area.
Let's begin by sending loving energy to this area.
Create a bridge from your heart to this area.
Go deep within your core and express love to this area.
Feel your heart radiating loving energy to this area.
From now on you will love this area.
Whenever you think of this area,
You will only have loving thoughts and feelings.
Only associate love and positive energy to this area.
Do not send any negative signal to this area.
Only positive loving signals.
