As As the seasons start to change,

So does the energy all around us.

Spring is a time to refresh and re-energize.

Just like the phrase spring cleaning,

This relaxing meditation will help you step into the season of spring with ease.

So when you're ready,

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Bringing your attention to your breath,

Taking two more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as you take that last breath,

You might like to slowly and gently close your eyes,

Deeply relaxing all parts of your body starting at your head.

Imagine a white cleansing light here and start to visualize this white light travelling through your whole body,

Over your face,

Into your neck,

Shoulders and down your arms.

Into your hands,

The beautiful extensions of your heart and bringing the white light into your hands and each finger.

Relaxing deeper and deeper into the meditation.

Allowing that white cleansing light to continue washing down your whole body,

Your torso,

Your ribs,

Your waist,

The abdomen and into the hips.

Relaxing deeper and deeper as the white light travels down both your legs into the feet and all ten toes.

Relaxing more and more deeply with each breath.

Now take this beautiful visualization of white light into the earth beneath you and as you do that,

Imagine that you are beautiful in a beautiful green field.

The grass is soft and luscious,

The sun is shining and the breeze is cool on your skin.

Imagine yourself sitting up and feel the soft green grass under your toes as if you are standing with your bare feet on the earth.

As you feel the grounding energy of the earth beneath you,

You start to explore your surroundings.

Noticing what flowers you see,

What animals appear and taking note of the plants and scenery all around you as you explore this open green space on this beautiful imagined spring day.

As we come out of winter and into the beautiful refreshing energy of spring,

The seeds that you planted start to grow,

Bloom and flourish.

See these seeds as new opportunities for growth and expansion in your waking life and take a moment to reflect on what ideas you have worked on over winter that are starting to come into fruition.

Like a flower blooming towards the warmth of spring,

Like the fresh air all around,

A fresh new idea drops in.

Taking a moment to be grateful for what you've achieved so far while feeling the excitement of anticipation as you move towards your new flourishing goals and continuing to explore your spring surroundings.

What do you see?

What do you feel?

What do you hear?

Birds chirping in the distance,

People laughing and enjoying themselves,

Maybe even music coming from someone busking.

Whatever you see,

Feel and hear is perfect for you.

Now just sit in this spring visualization for a few more moments and allow the scene to change and evolve all around you and I'll bring you back in a few moments.

This beautiful sunny spring day has revitalized your essence,

Your soul and your excitement for the months of spring ahead.

Take note of any messages that came through for you and trust that they'll be stored in your unconscious mind for you to retrieve at any time.

All you need to do is just ask and these blessings will come back to you.

These blessings will allow you to transition into the season of spring with ease.

So taking one last moment to breathe in the fresh new energy that you have cultivated and soak up any last bits of goodness from the visualization,

The words spoken and the feelings felt.

And start to come back into the space around you,

Noticing your surroundings.

You might like to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Maybe stretch your body.

You might even like to imagine your eyelids under your eyes being bathed in a cool mountain stream and when you're ready now,

Open those eyes and come fully and presently back into the space around you.

That's what I've been waiting for.

Right,
