Sunniva is a highly experienced yoga teacher located in Oslo, Norway. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, her teaching includes Yoga Nidra meditation, Yin Yoga, a great variety of slow-paced vinyasa classes, Pranayama, and Post and Pre-Natal Yoga. She is also the founder and co-owner of the studio Yoga Ki, located in Oslo, Norway. She is deeply inspired by how yoga can be used to find inner calm, and how to use yoga as an adaptive practice both on and off the mat, no matter where we are in life. Sunniva sees herself as a provider of tools that may help others discover or rediscover their true potential, reconnect to their inner source, such as she herself has been inspired by others, both teachers, students, and different people that have crossed her path through life.
