Morning,
Afternoon,
Evening.
Snow.
Shall we begin with a loving kindness,
Ten minutes.
10-minute living kindness.
So just settling.
Maybe a few deep breaths.
And remember,
Even with the loving kindness,
Whichever practice we do,
We're not trying to gain anything.
Yeah,
Put your hand on your heart if you wish.
A gesture of care,
Just join us,
We are doing a loving kindness.
When you're ready,
Just take your attention to your heart centre.
Just resting the attention.
In the heart center.
A couple of deep breaths if you wish,
Or even imagine a a reassuring pair of hands resting on your shoulders just to calm the nervous system.
Whatever works for you.
Into this heart center.
I'm going to drop in a phrase,
Something like,
May I be well.
May I be happy.
It's just simple.
Cheers to you.
And just rest there.
He's planted the seed,
Now just rest.
May life go well for me.
May I find peace.
Keep it simple.
So into this heart space we invite a good friend.
See what happens.
Not really doing anything,
You were just the observers,
The experiencer.
May you be well.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy and well.
May you find peace.
And contentment.
As our self and our good friend in this heart space.
I'd like to invite somebody found a little,
Just a little difficult,
Maybe a work colleague,
A neighbour.
Maybe a grumpy shopkeeper.
I wish them well.
They suffer just like we do.
They worry.
They want to be loved.
They certainly don't want pain.
May you find peace and contentment.
Just wish them well.
Maybe put a hand on that shoulder.
You choose.
As our self,
A good friend and a difficult person.
May we all be well and happy.
Along with all our friends and families and our communities.
Including all the animals and pets.
We all want to be free from pain.
Nobody chooses pain.
I like just to relax that practice altogether.
Your body is sitting here.
Bundle of sensations.
Just feeling the breath.
I was just turning back to that which isn't.
A thought or thinking.
Which is everything.
The simple act of hearing.
Simple act of feeling the breath of the body Now if you are very attached to the thoughts this morning,
They are all over the place,
Use the mantra.
This is for a minute or two.
How do you say it to yourself?
It's thinking.
Just to break it up.
Where is the attention right now?
Okay,
That brings us to the end.
Open your eyes if they were closed.
Have a little stretch.
Thank you guys.
