I invite you to take a very deep breath into your heart space.
Just allowing whatever's happened today to just simply melt away and then breathing again into the heart,
Allowing it to open,
Allowing the love that you are,
That you've always been,
To begin to vibrate and radiate within your heart.
And on another breath,
Allowing yourself to feel the love begin to radiate into every cell of your body.
And this is important because if you're feeling any fear or anxiety or dis-ease,
That love coming into the cells will help boost your immune system.
So breathing love in and breathing love out to all the cells of your body,
Allowing yourself to really feel that love healing,
Crossing barriers,
Dissolving dis-ease,
Discomfort,
Stress and breathing in again and allowing yourself to be filled with love until your entire physical body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head is filled with love that generates from within you the love that you already are.
And just sit with that for a moment,
Feeling love with each breath circulating in your body,
In your physical body.
And then I'm going to ask you to expand that love a bit beyond your physical body into the mental,
Emotional and spiritual bodies that surround you.
Just breathing that love out,
Allowing expansion,
Allowing it to circle you,
Allowing it to fill you.
And then just feel that you are now in a bubble of love.
And just feel how good that feels,
Feel how safe that feels.
Allowing the love in,
Allowing the love out,
Creating circulation of love within your body,
Your mind and your emotions circulating love,
Knowing that there is no thing but love right here.
Good.
And now I'm going to invite you in your circle,
Your bubble of love,
To just see yourself kind of lifting up.
We're going to go and join another circle.
So just see yourself lifting up until you're in the center of a circle.
And on the circumference are all your spirit guides,
Your angels,
Anyone that you know that's been supporting and loving you throughout this lifetime.
And just enter into the center of that circle and continue the breath of love,
Breathing in love from these beautiful beings that are here to guide and support you,
And exhaling love.
And begin to feel this circle that you've entered into fill up to overflowing with love.
And just feel it.
Allow it.
Allow that higher love to become your inner love.
Circulating it from your heart and receiving it into your heart.
And as you do this,
Feel free to take a look at who or what beings are on your circle.
These are beings that have been here always for you.
They've chosen to be here to support you in whatever it is you're in need of.
Breathing love,
Circulating love,
Receiving love.
That's great.
And now I'm going to invite you to bring into this circle facing you your higher self.
And just notice what this higher self looks like and feel the divine love that radiates from this higher self to you.
Take a moment to just become acquainted with your higher self.
Knowing there is only love,
There is only love in this circle and divine love emanating from your higher self to your heart.
That's good.
And now I want you to notice that your higher self has brought you a gift.
How wonderful.
And it's a golden bowl.
And I want you to take the golden bowl and put it on the ground between you and your higher self.
And this is a gift that you can take with you later.
But today I'm going to show you how you use it and your higher self is going to help.
So this is an alchemic bowl.
That's why it's golden.
And I invite you to put whatever stresses,
Whatever worries,
Whatever fears or angers,
Resentment,
Regret,
Doubt,
Guilt,
Shame,
Whatever it is that really,
Really just doesn't support you in living an amazing empowered life.
And I want you to begin to just kind of pull those things,
Those feelings out of wherever they reside in your body or your heart or your mind and just put them into the golden bowl.
Maybe there's somebody that you're still not forgiving.
Put that in the golden bowl.
Put your stress,
Your fear,
Whatever it is and just do that for a minute or two.
Just watch that bowl fill up.
In fact,
As the bowl fills up,
Just notice it expands.
It's big enough to hold whatever it is you're going to put into it.
Just notice that.
So dropping it in.
As you continue to breathe love and let go of what no longer and probably never served you into the golden bowl.
Good.
And remember,
This is a gift that you get to take with you.
So if you don't feel quite finished,
That's okay.
You can do this again whenever you need it.
So now I want you to pick up your golden bowl and your higher self is again supporting you and loving you.
And I want you to see a flame come down into the center of that golden bowl and it ignites everything.
And just watch all of what you put into that bowl begin to burn until there is nothing but ash.
All of those feelings are being transmuted in an alchemic way.
And then as the flame dies away,
Just notice all that ash.
And as you watch inside your golden bowl,
See that those ashes are just whisked away and the inside of the bowl is still beautiful,
Pristine and golden.
And take a deep breath,
Allowing yourself the feeling of release,
The feeling of transmutation.
And then take a moment with your higher self to say whatever it is you feel led to say or maybe listen to whatever your higher self wants to tell you right now.
Good.
And now it's time for your higher self to meet the circle,
So speak a word of gratitude to your higher self.
And then as you do that,
Also watch your higher self leave your circle and then turn to each being on your circle and speak a word of gratitude for being there,
For loving you,
For keeping you safe and supporting you no matter what.
Good.
And now feeling that lovely bubble of love surrounding you,
Feel yourself coming back into the room you're in,
Into your chair,
Into this moment,
This now.
And when you're ready,
Simply open your eyes.
And remember,
That golden bowl is yours now to use whenever you need it.
It only takes five minutes to release what no longer serves you or to release what's keeping you stuck,
Including stress.
So with that said,
