Close your eyes and inhale deeply.

Now exhale deeply.

Inhale deeply once again and exhale deeply.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale deeply.

Now that your mind is calm and you're in a relaxed state,

Think of the best moments in your life.

Think of the moments when you were truly happy.

Everybody has had those kinds of moments,

Not just now,

But our entire life.

Now choose just one moment that has touched you very deeply.

When you have felt great love and great freedom,

Bring back this deep feeling of love inside of you that you felt in that moment.

Feel the same joy that you experienced then.

Feel how happy you are.

Let this feeling go into every part of your being.

Let this feeling vibrate inside of you.

Let it go everywhere in your surroundings.

Share it with the environment.

Share it with everything around you.

The more you share this love,

The stronger it will become.

The more you will feel it.

The more you will feel it inside of you.

The good moments always stay with us.

That love is always there.

From the very beginning of your existence,

It's always been there.

Often we forget about the good moments and hang on to the negative ones.

That doesn't mean that the good moments have disappeared whenever you feel down.

Remind yourself of a good time and remind yourself that you are love.

You are divine love.

You have always been and continue to be that love no matter what happens around you.

Now take a deep inhale and inwardly exhale,

Oh.
