Settle in,
Close your eyes,

Inhaling and exhaling,
Slowly and deeply.
Move your body around until you feel completely at ease and still.
Breathing in and out.
Diving into this moment with trust,
Ease and grace.
Feeling relaxed,
Calm and serene.
Picturing a glowing ball of white light that is all around you.
Feeling light,
Bright and full of protection,
Positive and healing energy.
Seeing this glowing ball expanding to encompass the people next to you,
The entire building growing and glowing more and more to surround the entire area within 25 kilometers,
50 kilometers,
1,
000 kilometers.
Growing until you can feel it surrounding our entire planet and beyond.
Breathing in and out.
Basking in the light of this glowing white ball of love.
Pay attention to the surface that you are on,
Whether you are sitting up or laying down.
Feel each part of your body that is connecting beneath you.
Feeling grounded,
Solid,
At one with the planet in this moment.
Feeling and feeling grounded for the next few moments.
Let's take a journey inspired by the mountains of Costa Rica.
I would like you to picture yourself seated with your knees curled into your body,
Your head tucked in so that your forehead is resting on the top of your knees.
Breathe and picture that position for your body.
Relaxing,
Resting your head,
Neck and back.
A soft curve,
A luxurious moment of peace.
In your mind's eye,
I would like you to see your body slowly unraveling.
As you do so,
Think of a flower blossoming.
You can even picture a flower of your choice.
Maybe it's a rose,
A sunflower,
An iris,
Perhaps a hibiscus.
Think about this flower as though you are inside of it,
At the very core,
Being held gently by its beauty.
Feeling warm,
Protected and loved.
Take a moment to observe the inside of the flower around you.
Now watch as the flower's petals slowly and evenly unfold,
Giving you a glimpse of the scenery around you.
All you can see at first is the blue sky and white clouds.
As the flower continues to unfold,
You can see one gorgeous mountain that is almost directly in front of you,
Only this is a dormant volcano.
A mossy green colour lining the sides and top of this gorgeous piece of land.
You watch the clouds that are surrounding it,
Almost encompassing the top part of the volcano.
As you look down,
You notice that you are now seated in a comfy position in the middle of a field of other flowers.
All types,
All colours,
Sheer beauty surrounds you.
You feel grounded,
Yet light and fresh,
Ready to see more of this beautiful landscape as you take time to surrender your thoughts,
To simply breathe and be.
You start walking through this field of flowers with the volcano in full sight,
Taking slow steps,
Feeling the earth under your feet,
Feeling free,
Warm and calm.
Looking around as you continue to walk for the next few moments,
Letting any thoughts that may come to mind simply flow right through to the clouds above.
Take the next few moments to look at the trees,
Flowers,
The majestic volcano in front of you perhaps.
You notice a trail that is veering off to the left and decide to take it,
Thinking about nothing in particular,
Just enjoying the views,
The movement and the energy that you are feeling in this area.
The path is smooth,
Lined with green plants of all sizes.
Some of the plants look gigantic and unreal,
While other plants remind you of home.
Walking up hills,
Over rocks,
Alongside streams,
This journey is absolutely captivating.
Take the next few moments to see where your journey takes you and what you may see.
As you continue your hike through this mystical land,
I want you to simply open your mind.
Ask the universe what you need to know in this moment that will serve your greatest and highest good.
Without judgment,
Doubt or any thoughts in response,
Just listen with an open soul for the next few moments.
What you need to know for your greatest and highest good.
Your hike continues as you listen to the last few tidbits from the universe for your greatest and highest good.
You stop at a little plateau that offers another stunning view of the volcano.
And in the other direction,
You can see a giant lake that is a beautiful aquamarine color.
Take in the beauty for a couple of breaths.
You continue to walk along the path for a few steps before you are greeted by an animal.
It may be a land creature,
A creature of the air,
Or you may even have an animal of the water that appears in the body of water close by.
Take a few moments to allow this being to come to light.
Maybe you take a deep breath in and out to relax and allow this to happen.
You stand and look around,
Waiting to see what appears.
Now you may or may not have an animal with you.
It is not important.
If an animal did not appear,
Simply think of one on your own,
The first one that pops into your mind.
It may even be one of your pets,
Past or present.
Simply observe this animal for the next few moments.
With great respect and love for this being,
I want you to give yourself permission to receive any knowledge or messages that they may have for you.
Relax into it.
Try not to overthink anything.
Just be in this moment.
If it's easier for you to simply relax and look around,
Go ahead.
Enjoy these next few moments of peace and connection.
Wrapping up any loose ends for another couple of moments.
You reach out and place your hand on your friend's head in thanks or simply reach up to the sky if you did not have a visitor and feel so much gratitude and love.
Bidding a sweet farewell to the being,
To the moment,
To the view.
Looking to the other side of the path,
You see an enormous tree with exposed roots.
You venture over to it and nestle into the perfect spot against this nurturing forest guardian.
Taking a few breaths in and out as you lean your body against this strong,
Grounded and powerful tree.
Coming back to our conscious minds,
Our physical bodies and the space around us.
Let's take a couple more breaths in and out.
Starting to wiggle your fingers,
Moving your little toes,
Your hands and wrists in a circular motion.
Shake your feet and ankles back and forth.
Slowly moving your head back and forth.
Maybe stretching your arms overhead,
Moving your entire body gently.
When you are ready,
Slowly opening your eyes.
