Taking a couple of relaxed breaths to land in the moment,

To settle and feel calm,

Ready for the next few moments together,

Getting as comfortable as possible,

Making any adjustments,

Breathing and relaxing.

We are here to think about our hearts,

To think about the best possible partner for you and only you.

In our society today it seems challenging to find commitment,

Loyalty and true love.

Let's focus on what would be absolutely ideal for you in a relationship.

Your partner is out there.

Sometimes we get lost in being enough for someone.

Attractive enough,

Having enough of a career or finances,

Being enough of a prize.

Is my personality enough?

Maybe it's too much for some.

Let's set those thoughts down for a moment and think about what you need from someone else.

Remembering that a true partnership is when both people contribute in a loving way.

There are many definitions of love and I simply want you to apply this to your version of love.

Healthy love.

If your eyes are not closed,

Take some time now to close them and to relax into the next few moments of visualization together.

Let's picture a castle,

A beautifully tall and ornate castle amongst the mountains.

Stone surrounded by grass and trees.

Take a moment to see the castle and any details as you walk along the stone path towards the castle.

You take in the sky above,

The plants along the path and maybe even an animal in the woods next to you.

Smelling the fresh mountain air,

Feeling the warm sunshine on your face,

The cool breeze on your arms,

Feeling content and free.

Walking and humming a song that just popped into your head,

Looking at the clouds and path in front of you.

You feel more and more relaxed with every step you take.

The castle is getting closer and closer.

You are noticing more details,

Feeling a splash of excitement inside.

You aren't sure why but you are anticipating something great in the coming moments.

There's a beautiful stone fence along the way.

It surrounds the outer gardens of the castle.

You think about the amount of time and manpower that would have been needed to create this.

Walking through the entranceway into the grounds,

You notice how well kept the gardens are.

Take a moment to observe the plants and layout of the gardens around you.

Continuing towards the front gates,

You cross a stone bridge that gives you passage over a small riverway.

It appears to surround the castle,

A moat.

You see that the giant wooden drawbridge has been lowered.

So you continue into the inner courtyard,

Taking in the beauty of more gardens.

Walking slowly and intentionally so that you do not miss any of the beauty.

You can smell roses,

Lilacs,

And freshly cut grass.

You feel nostalgic now.

Something about this reminds you of another time,

Maybe another lifetime.

You notice a wishing well off to the side and head towards it,

Wondering if it really has a bucket and water at the bottom.

As you get closer you see the bucket tied to a rope and decide to look inside the bucket.

There's a piece of paper with a pencil inside.

Unfolding it,

You are not sure what to expect.

When you have it open,

You feel a slight feeling of sadness.

It's blank.

Nothing is written.

However,

You feel as though it is meant for you.

You keep the piece of paper and pencil with you for a few moments and close your eyes.

Breathing and taking in the environment once again.

Feeling grateful for this beautiful time at this gorgeous castle.

You start towards the castle simply because your instincts are prompting you.

Approaching the gigantic front doors,

You take a moment to see the details of these doors.

The outside appearance of the castle and the surrounding landscape.

The doors swing open easily and you enter the most grand foyer you have ever witnessed.

It takes your breath away.

The sconces,

The giant stairwell,

The stained-glass windows,

The ornate furniture.

Taking another few moments to simply absorb it all.

Walking through this beautiful structure makes you feel like you have traveled back in time or like you are in a museum.

Something calls you to investigate the hallway straight ahead.

Walking along,

You notice several painted pictures on the walls and wonder who these people are.

You approach a warm and welcoming room on your right that has a fire burning and is full of books floor to ceiling.

You walk around this library slowly,

Looking at the variety of books on the shelves,

Finding a few books that you have only heard of,

Some that you have read,

And a few that you have never ever heard of.

You start to think about what it would be like to have a partner in life.

A beautiful relationship and home to share with someone special.

Feeling very content in your life and confident with who you are.

It is something that you may have put off for a little while since you love your life so much right now.

In this moment you really start to think about what you would like in a partner.

Thinking about their personality.

Would they be funny?

Loyal?

Relaxed?

Hard worker?

Maybe they like to help animals?

Or they have a quirky characteristic that makes you love them even more?

Take a few moments to think of some of the personality traits you would really appreciate in a partner.

Now that you have had some thoughts flowing around about this partner,

I want you to think about their thoughts around family,

Friends,

And pets.

Would they be family-oriented or more of a lone wolf?

Perhaps they are extroverted and love being out and about,

Visiting with friends and family.

Or are they more on the introverted side,

Enjoying being at home,

Spending time with you,

And a few choice others?

It could even be a combination of the two types.

Perhaps there is a time and a place to be social and extroverted,

And also lots of time home,

Alone together.

Do they love animals and pets?

Or maybe they prefer a home that does not include them.

Take another few moments to think this through.

Next,

I want you to think about their interests.

Sports,

Music,

Art,

The outdoors,

Travel,

Gardening,

Reading.

What is it that you think that special person would be interested in?

A specific sport?

Or maybe exercising,

Writing,

Dancing?

Take a few moments to think about some of their interests.

Now let's think about their relationship goals.

Are they looking for a life partner?

Or maybe there is a special arrangement that would work with you?

Think about that for a moment.

Let's take a moment to think about their values,

Their belief system,

Their mindset.

Are they full of integrity?

Do they have a spiritual practice or religion?

Perhaps they have a really positive mindset and love to inspire others.

What is it that stands out?

Lastly,

I want you to think about this lightly,

But don't get too fixated on it.

What would their physical appearance be?

There can be a couple of options.

It doesn't have to be very specific,

Or it could be.

Think about their eyes,

Their hair,

Nose,

Mouth,

Maybe their skin,

Their body type,

Maybe their style,

What they are most comfortable in.

Take a few moments to put some of those ideas together,

Bringing it all together into a full package.

You take a few moments in this beautiful library with your paper and pencil,

And you write down some of the key points that you remember from the last few moments.

Making a list of ideas that make up your ideal partner.

Jotting down things that really stand out to you as important.

Take a few moments now.

Take another couple of moments to wrap up any last ideas to jot down.

You look at the piece of paper,

Reviewing your notes,

And really thinking about what you have written,

The importance of it,

And adding or deleting items as you see fit.

Feeling satisfied with your list,

You fold it up and put it in your pocket with the pencil.

You take one last look around this stunning library before heading back out to the hallway.

Walking along the corridor the same way that you came,

You feel a sense of hope within your soul,

Like you have a map,

A guide to what you are looking for.

Leaving the castle through the front doors and back to the wishing well,

You take the piece of paper and pencil out of your pocket and place them in the wooden bucket.

Untying the rope and lowering the bucket down,

Down,

Down.

Making a wish,

Setting an intention,

Handing your desires over to the universe,

Letting go and surrendering.

You feel the bucket land in the water at the bottom.

It feels heavier as you bring it back up,

Reeling it in,

Bringing it back up.

When it reaches your hands,

You look inside and instead of your reflection,

You see a vision of your perfect partner.

All of the physical attributes that you desire right there in the water.

You can see the piece of paper and pencil at the bottom of the bucket.

Observe the vision for the next few moments.

You lift the bucket out and pour it out next to the well.

As you pour,

A figure starts to form from the feet up.

It is the person who is in the reflection.

Pouring until the bucket is empty and the entire form is standing in front of you.

You set the bucket down on the ground and stare in awe at this most perfect being in front of you,

Taking in all of their features that feel so familiar and so loving.

You have a few moments to interact with this person and ask any questions that you may want.

Perhaps where to find them,

When you may find them,

How will you know if it's them or not.

Anything that you can think of that you would like to know.

Enjoy the next few moments,

Wrapping up your conversation now and giving this person the chance to ask you anything that they may have on their mind.

As you take in the interaction of the last few moments,

You notice that your person has started walking towards the castle.

They turn and wave to you,

Knowing that you will be reunited very soon.

You wave back with a huge smile and a glow in your heart,

Knowing that something magical has happened.

They enter the castle,

Closing the giant doors behind them,

And you return the bucket to the well.

The paper and pencil have vanished.

You tie the bucket up just as you found it and walk back through the garden towards the paths that leads to the.

Walking and thinking about the last few moments while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

You take a couple of relaxed breaths as you turn around and look at the magical castle one last time.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Feeling light and full of hope.

You feel gratitude and love for this time that you have spent.

What a gift!

Starting to feel your physical body once again,

The surface beneath you,

The air in your lungs,

Your heartbeat.

You can wiggle your fingers and toes as you start to return to the conscious world once again.

Moving your head gently back and forth,

And finally opening your eyes.

Welcome back.
