Namaste,

Dear one.

I would like to share a story with you.

It's about a girl who was feeling lost one day,

Feeling alone,

Feeling empty.

Her tears would not cease and the fire of rage as a result of not being able to control what simply was roared on.

I'm alone,

She thought.

Hope is dimming as the stars,

When overtaken by city light,

I have nowhere to go.

So she went outside.

She arrived at the foot of the forest as a threshold of a home that was never left completely.

Welcoming back with a loving and familiar embrace.

Perhaps a bit easier to breathe,

But the pain still intense as a knife in the ribcage,

It was.

She ran.

She ran and the tears flowed as if there was an infinite source unstoppable.

Eyes clouded with cleansing salt water were causing her to trip and stumble along the way.

And she paused.

She inhaled.

She exhaled.

She listened.

The song that she heard over her left shoulder was sweet and familiar.

She opened her eyes and saw her sibling running along with her in the form of crystal clear sparkling liquid.

The river was running right alongside.

The pause continued on as she sat for a moment and looked around at all of her loved ones sitting with her.

The rocks reminded her she was not alone sitting in healing and understanding community.

A powerful voice beckoned her gaze upwards as she saw her mother standing there vast and unwavering with the strength indescribable and the softness helpable.

Another mountain was watching over her as she always has and she always will.

The deepest inhale of gratitude overcame her as she was breathing with the air.

The leaves were singing in harmony in the cool mountain breeze.

The internal light that began to shine within brighter and brighter with each moment sparkled like the stars in the sky billions of years old reminding us of never ending radiance.

She continued on down the path with a shifted energy childlike again running with the river to the base of the waterfall she arrived and continued to weep.

These tears now cleansing and clearing washing away the hurt and the pain and the sadness that tried its best to convince her it was there to stay.

They were wrong.

The waterfalls wept and held her in loving energetic arms.

The corners of her mouth gently began to turn in the other direction as she saw Earth's laughter surrounding her in multiple colors and shapes and sizes courageously growing up towards the light from a source so sacred and unseen.

Eyes closed once again as surrounded by light she began to fly.

Higher and higher until the clouds were her foundation.

This girl she was so very far from alone.

She was reminded by the sacred family that surrounds her at all times that is accessible in all environments.

She remembered the girl who entered the forest that day and embraced her energetically with loving arms.

The light may fade and the hope may dim.

The pain will increase and that is for certain and we don't have to be alone through any of it.

She lives in us and we in her rest and now dear one allow yourself to be embraced to be held to be reminded that you are all of this.

River come and run with me.

Rocks come sit with me.

Mountains come stand with me.

Air come breathe with me.

Leaves come sing with me.

Stars come shine with me.

Waterfalls come weep with me.

Flowers come laugh with me.

Clouds come fly with me.

Mother earth lives in me.

We are not alone.

We are not alone.
