Tethering Earth (Here) To Sky (There) Meditation

Hello,

Welcome to my adaptation of Move With Change's Earth and Sky Tethering Meditation.

They say meditation is a personal practice.

Trust that you are right just as you are.

The more time and attention that you give to your practice,

The more it will resonate with you.

We can begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Use small movements and wiggle to allow your body to settle in and relax.

If you are open to receiving the universal light force energy,

God's energy that sources energy,

I am a Reiki master,

And it is presently flowing.

You only have to be open and willing to receive.

You can say yes silently in your mind's eye or out loud.

Begin the flow of energy.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

On the inhale,

Slowly saying,

I am love.

And on the exhale,

Slowly saying,

I am connected,

Either in your mind's eye or out loud.

I am love.

Really take a few long moments to find a steady rhythm of deep inhales and deep exhales,

Filling your chest and your belly,

Expanding both as you inhale in,

Your chest rises and your belly fills.

And then you release.

Inhaling,

I am love.

Exhaling,

I am connected.

Now let's bring our attention to our pelvic floor area where our root chakra resides at the base of our spine.

This is the seat of our being,

The resting place of our life force,

Our security,

Our safety,

Our foundation.

The energy here radiates a deep red,

Warm,

Swirling color energy.

Gently hold your awareness here for a few breaths.

Observe the space.

See the beautiful color red here at the base of your spine.

Notice any tensions that might arise.

And if they do,

Let them go.

Notice any other details that might come into your mind as you continue to breathe and then let them go.

I am love.

I am connected.

On your next inhale,

I want you to pull breath all the way down into your pelvic floor,

Watching as it fills the space with cleansing breath,

Letting the breath swirl around,

Turning red as it fills in the space,

Getting the breath all the way down there,

Down to the base of your root chakra.

On the exhale,

We're going to push this now red breath back up from your pelvic floor.

Watch it as it carries up any tension up and out of your body completely.

Breathing in that swirling red energy,

Pushing that red breath now back up from your pelvic floor,

Carrying in all data and diseased cellular debris up and out of your body thoroughly and completely.

Inhaling deeply,

Deeply filling your pelvis with breath,

Exhaling loud and hard,

Pushing the tension up and out.

Take a few long moments to breathe into the space to help focus on clearing your root chakra.

Breathe in the oxygen from Mother Gaia.

Watch that breath turn red as it swirls down by your root chakra and push that red breath back up and out,

Carrying with it all the carbon monoxide and poison,

Cleansing your body.

I am love.

I am connected.

Now imagine roots growing from your pelvic floor and digging down into the earth.

Take your time.

Focus all of your attention on sending these roots down.

What do your roots look like and feel like?

Can you hear the sound of them burrowing through the carpet and hardwood floors,

The foundation of the building that you're in,

Dropping these grounding cords down,

Imagining them pushing through all of the layers beneath you,

The concrete and the soil and the rock below the foundation of the home or the building,

Deeper and deeper into Mother Earth,

Down through the compressed layers of soil,

Pockets of water.

Go slow and imagine as much detail as you can.

What do these roots look like?

Are they like tree roots?

Are they like golden cords?

Are they like rays of light?

Notice the tingling sensation in your pelvic floor as the roots grow from your body,

Digging deeper and deeper into the earth.

Just breathe into this at your own pace,

Just focusing on sending your roots down deep into Mother Earth's center and her crystalline core.

Notice as it's maneuvering around boulders and damp,

Cool,

Cold,

Wet dirt and mud,

Allowing these roots to dig all the way down to the center of the planet,

Reaching her crystalline,

Red molten core.

It's warm here.

This is the root,

The center of Mother Earth.

This is the divine source.

This is her energy.

This is the seed from which all things on this planet sprout forth.

Watch as your roots dip into this warm,

Deep red center.

Continue to breathe long and slow,

Inhaling,

I am love.

Exhaling,

I am connected.

Your roots now begin to pulse.

As they pulse,

They begin to pull that core energy up through all of those layers,

Pulsing as you bring up Mother Gaia's energy back up through the compressed rock and around the boulders,

Through the wet,

Damp,

And cool soil,

Back up through the pockets of water and minerals,

All of the softer layers of the planet.

Feel this pulse of your grounding cores as they bring up this molten lava energy back up through the foundation and the floor beneath you.

Feel that deep,

Warm,

Nourishing energy pulling up through those roots.

Notice now how it feels when this energy reaches your pelvic floor,

The base of your spine.

Notice the sensations in your body as it fills with this warm core energy.

Allow this red energy to rise up in you,

Filling your legs,

Knees,

Lower legs,

Consuming your torso completely,

Your upper arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Your hands,

And each finger and toe,

Filling your body to the very top of your head,

Allowing this energy to flood you,

Fill your whole being with its soothing warmth.

Notice how you begin to radiate with this red glow all around your being,

Relish in the way that it envelops you,

Breathing at your own pace.

When you feel full of this warm core energy,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

To your crown chakra,

The home of your consciousness,

The resting place of your highest awareness,

Our communication portal with source.

The energy here radiates a deep,

Cool,

Violet color.

Gently hold your awareness here for a few breaths.

Simply observe the space.

Notice any tensions that might arise and then let them go.

Notice any other details that might come into your mind as you continue to breathe and then let them go.

On your next inhale,

I would like you to pull your breath all the way up to the top of your head.

Watch as it fills this space with cleansing breath.

Let that breath swirl around,

Turning violet as it fills the space.

And on your exhale,

Push that violet breath back down from the top of your head,

Turning violet as you breathe it in,

Taking that violet breath and pushing it back out.

Watch as it carries any and all tension down and out of your body completely.

Inhaling deeply,

Filling the top of your head with breath.

Exhaling loud and hard,

Pushing the tension down and out.

Take a few long moments to breathe into the space,

Breathing in this swirling violet air.

Exhaling and pushing hard out from the top of your head.

Breathing at your own pace.

Taking this time just to focus on clearing your crown chakra,

Cleaning it out all the way to the corners.

Now I'd like you to imagine roots growing out of the top of your head.

Take your time.

And I'd like you to focus all of your attention on sending these roots up.

What do your roots look like?

What do your roots feel like as you send them up?

Can you hear the sound of them growing toward the sky?

Imagine the roots stretching and reaching up higher and higher.

Notice the tingling at your crown chakra as the roots grow and stretch.

Imagine all the details of the rooftops,

The trees,

The clouds,

As you go through the layers of the atmosphere higher and higher and everything around you seemingly is becoming smaller and smaller.

Watching as your roots reach up and out into the vastness of space,

Passing the stars and the planets,

Growing further and further out into space.

Breathing in I am love.

Breathing out I am connected.

Focus on sending those roots up.

When you find a place that feels comfortable to you in this cool,

Dark,

Vast space,

Allow your roots to connect to the dark matter and the glittering starlight.

This is the source of ethereal energies.

This is the home of all that ever has and ever will exist.

Watch as your roots disappear into this timeless space,

Continuing to breathe long and slow.

I am connected.

Watch as your roots begin to pulse,

Pulling down the ethereal energies of the universe,

Carrying this gold glittering energy back down to your body.

Take your time.

Pass through all the layers that you passed before,

Bringing this beautiful sparkling energy,

This source energy back through the stars and the planets,

Carrying this gold glittering energy back down through the layers of Earth's atmosphere,

Back down through the clouds and over the treetops,

Back down through the layers of the visions of rooftops,

Going as slowly as you can imagine so that you can experience each detail.

Feel that bright,

Cool,

Healing energy pulling down through these roots,

These beautiful cords.

Notice how it feels when that energy reaches the top of your head.

Notice the sensations in your body as this cool violet energy fills,

Bringing ethereal source energy and all the glowing glittering energy cascading down into your being.

Feel the crispness,

The high vibration as it flows in,

Filling your body.

Witness this come through your skull,

Down your neck,

Enveloping your torso down to your pelvic floor.

And as it does,

You watch it swirl with the warm,

Red energy that's already present.

Witness this interaction.

Feel your whole being with this swirling red and gold and violet glittering energy.

Notice how your whole being begins to radiate this glittering energy.

A few long moments to witness the high vibration,

The gold glittering light,

The violet white light of grace consciousness,

The beautiful red molten lava energy already present from our core,

Mother earth,

Glittering energy everywhere.

Take a few long,

Deep breaths,

Inhaling,

I am love,

Exhaling,

I am connected.

Watch as these two energies swirl around your being in your body and radiating all around your body,

Filling your aura from head to toe,

Sitting here,

Breathing for as long as you need.

Connected.

Witness and feel the tingling from head to toe as you vibrate in perfect harmony with mother earth and father sky,

Your physical body acting as a conduit for these beautiful,

Powerful forces to become one inside your being.

Trust that you are now firmly connected to the source of universal energy,

The divine mother,

The womb of all creation,

The divine father,

The seed of all creation,

The divine oneness,

Timeless and perfect.

Trust that you are so divinely supported and grounded.

Trust that this energy always flows through the path of least resistance to bring you to your highest good in every moment.

Trust that this energy will protect and guide you.

Trust that you will remain connected and trust that in this moment you are complete.

When you feel complete,

Complete,

You may open your eyes,

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Your arms,

Roll your head and as you slowly come out of meditation,

Bring your hands into prayer position over your heart in front of your chest space below your chin.

You can bow your head and when you do that,

You open your God's mouth at the back of your neck and give thanks.

Trust that you are so supported and divinely loved.

Trust that the life force energy always flows through the path of least resistance,

Bringing you to your highest good in every moment.

Trust in its infinite wisdom and that you will remain connected and trust that in this moment you are complete.
