Over the next seven days, Teresa will play her crystal sound bowls, tuned specifically to each chakra’s frequency, in a 5 to 10-minute sound bath. We will begin by slowing down and getting connected through breath work and meditative centering techniques. Once the mind is quiet, Teresa will begin bringing in bathing sound frequencies and vibrations with her crystal bowls, interjecting tips for keeping each chakra clean, cleared, and balanced.
