Welcome to the quiet becoming.

This is a space where you are safe to rest,

To remember who you are,

And to reconnect with the quiet truth inside you.

There is nothing you need to do here.

Just breathe.

Just be.

You are so welcome here.

Close your eyes and take a soft breath into your heart.

As you exhale,

Imagine you are stepping into a room made entirely of love.

The walls glow.

The floor hums softly.

The air itself wraps around you like a warm hug.

In the center of the room,

Your younger self waits for you.

Small,

Perfectly whole,

You walk toward them,

Arms open,

Heart open.

And when you reach them,

You kneel down and whisper,

There is nothing you have to do to be loved.

There is nothing you have to prove.

You might wrap them gently in your arms or simply sit with them,

Letting them feel the truth in the air around them.

This is a place where you are always loved.

This love was never taken from you.

It has always been waiting.

And now you are ready to return to it.

Breathe this love into every cell of your being.

Feel it lighting you up from the inside.

Feel your younger self smiling in your arms.

You are loved.

You are loved.

Thank you for sharing this time with me and with yourself.

May you carry the softness with you into your next breath,

Into your next step,

Into your becoming.

You are loved.

You are loved.
