What If It All Works Out

With Teresa McLean

Hope can feel complicated — especially if you’ve been disappointed, let down, or asked to “stay positive” when life felt uncertain. This course is not about forcing optimism or pretending everything will be okay. What If It All Works Out is a gentle, nervous-system-aware course designed to help you reconnect with hope and possibility in a way that feels safe, grounded, and honest. Across seven deeply supportive lessons, you’ll explore how to: - rebuild hope after disappointment - release the pressure to believe or be optimistic - let hope and fear coexist without canceling each other out - rest inside uncertainty instead of bracing against it - allow good moments to land without waiting for the catch - trust direction without knowing the destination - meet the future with steadiness rather than vigilance This course doesn’t promise outcomes. It helps you build inner stability, so you can meet whatever unfolds with more ease, self-trust, and openness. Hope, here, is not loud or performative. It’s quiet, resilient, and embodied. You don’t have to know how things will work out. You’re simply invited to explore what happens when you stop assuming they won’t.

Incredibly helpful course with such steady, thoughtful and wise guidance. The pace is such that those of us who cannot process the outside possibility of even a bit of calm and safety are able to take in the idea of hope and learn how to deal with uncertainty in a healthy way. This is a wonderful course that one can return to again and again to calm the cycle of anxiety asssociated with uncertainty.

From someone who at 74 years of age has experienced separation to a long time marriage, the death of a child , with various secondary losses In friendships, this course has brought openness and light into my daily awareness. Just asking the question “what if this all works out” opens my nervous system, my thoughts, my movement in the world. So I will listen to this many times, again and again to deepen my relationship to those words “what if it all works out.”Thank you, Teresa🙏

This gentle guide to remain open to possibility is a gift. A reminder to stay on the path and that there are guideposts along the way. I wish to breathe and let them reveal themselves. I will trust that trying to control an outcome doesn't necessarily get me where I want to be but may instead lead me astray.
