passed down for generations so you may have grown up around people who always played small and were always playing it safe or there was a fear of change something fear of doing something differently or controlling relationships or unspoken things that no one talked about but right now i'm feeling that you are not repeating it you are not choosing the same cycle the pain just because it's familiar but you are here to speak your own truth and also maybe you felt like you don't fit in your family or culture or friends circles anymore or i have the also feeling that this lesson is here for you to say no to the things that used to control you and the control what is coming into my mind is like burnout or people pleasing toxic relationships just say no or also maybe lately i have the feeling that you are starting to ask why and it's going to change everything and i also need to say that this is not going to be easy and you may also feel lonely and maybe you know you are just feeling lonely and it just because you need to realize that you can change and you are going to learn learn it also even if it's been always in this way even if always been like this it doesn't mean it should stay forever in this way or forever like this and you are definitely also allowed to rest you are allowed to want more you were born to want more and also you need to feel safe around people and it's also definitely very brave to walk away from the things that felt normal or something because i have the feeling that this is your purpose to try to learn how to break the cycle and how to want more
