Welcome to this meditation practice for clearing your home and space.
You may use this at any time that you'd like to lift the energies.
This practice is being supported by the high frequency music of a peace lily with the intentions of clearing space.
The hilly resonance is beaming the high frequencies of clearing any stagnant unwanted energies.
You may like to set the space with some essential oils or burning some sage.
Begin seated in a comfortable position using any of the supports you may need.
And with your eyes open,
Have a look around the space,
Just orienting yourself.
And when you're ready,
Gently closing your eyelids and bringing your awareness to your breath as it flows in and out of the nasal passage.
Notice the gentle rhythm as you inhale and exhale.
Expanding your awareness to what you may hear inside and outside of the space.
Allowing your curious awareness to gently flow from one sound to another.
Allowing all of these sounds to wash into one as you continue this meditation.
And coming back to your body,
Notice how that breath feels.
Your chest and your shoulders rising and falling.
Notice your sit bones and your legs feeling into the support beneath you as gravity pulls you closer to the centre of the earth.
And from your base and sacral chakra,
You visualise roots growing deep into the earth,
Connecting with that beautiful mother earth energy.
Take a moment here to pay your respects to the traditional custodians of the land.
The people who cared and nurtured the land and waters beneath you.
Feel that nourished energy coming up from the centre of the earth.
Channelling all the way up your body,
Nourishing your cells.
And from your crown chakra,
Feel the divine energy channelling in all the way down.
This divine energy channels through your hands and through your heart.
Notice how it feels in your body to feel this support.
And in your mind's eye,
Begin to visualise yourself with a herbal smudge wand made from sage,
Rosemary,
Eucalyptus and all of the loving herbs.
The cleansing smoke and clearing energy flows into every corner of your space.
The light glistens through as the energy circles,
Making patterns around your space.
And calling on the power of your own divine sovereignty,
Of your higher self and all of your supportive beings.
Repeat aloud this affirmation.
I banish all negative and unwelcome energies.
I open this space to loving,
Healing,
Universal energy.
Only the grid may enter.

Feel the energy penetrating every inch of your home and this space as it clears.
All stagnant energies leaving the space.
Sending gratitude to all those who support you in this clearing and all those who protect this sacred space.
This space is filling with loving,
Healing,
Universal energy.
And only that which you welcome can enter.
Taking all the time you need here to meditate in this space as the frequencies rise.
Meditate here as long as you desire.
