Come to lie down.
Take three slow breaths at your own speed and rate.
With every inhale filling up,
Being aware of the expansion in your body.
And with every exhale,
Allow a gentle release to take over your body.
There's nowhere you need to be.
There's nothing you need to do.
Just be here with your body and your breath.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Begin to move up to your ankles.
Arrive at your knees.
Settle your hips.
Expand through your ribs.
Melt through your spine.
Release through your shoulders.
Let go through your elbows.
Release through your hands and fingers.
Allow your neck to relax and give permission for your mind to settle.
Be present with your breath,
With your body and how you're feeling.
Any part of you feels uncomfortable.
Reposition yourself.
Use your breath to allow for a deeper surrender or allow your hands to gently hold yourself.
If there is one thing you can do for yourself this week,
What would it be?
Let your body tell you.
Make yourself a promise.
Then you'll do your best to give your body and mind what it is gently asking for.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Coming back into this moment.
Allow each breath to get deeper as you reawaken.
One more deep inhale filling up with love and gratitude.
Any slow luxurious exhale out letting go.
