Hello,

My name is Tamea Urban,

The Urban Healer,

And it is my absolute pleasure to guide you through meditation today.

I invite you to come to a comfortable seat,

Ensuring that your knees are below your hips and that you feel supported and comfortable in whatever position you are in.

Let's begin by taking a big inhale all the way down to the bottoms of your lungs and a slow exhale out as you release.

As you begin to connect to your breath,

I invite you to follow that breath from the tip of your nose down your throat all the way down to your center as you feel a gentle expansion through your chest and your belly.

When you are ready,

Exhale and release,

Allowing your body to soften and relax.

With every inhale you are taking in,

Life force energy prana,

Creating a gentle expansion.

And with every exhale you are releasing and letting go of anything that's not serving you in this moment.

There is nowhere you need to be,

There's nothing you need to be doing.

Give yourself permission to fully arrive.

With every breath you allow your body to soften and release any residual tension from your day.

Do whatever you need to make your body as physically comfortable as possible.

If your mind begins to wander,

Please be gentle with yourself and just come back to your breath.

Your mind will never completely stop working and the thoughts will always be there.

Acknowledge and let go rather than be critical and create stories.

Big breath in,

Rise through your spine,

Sitting up tall.

Let a gentle exhale out through your mouth letting all that stagnant energy be released.

Give yourself permission to take a moment for yourself,

Honoring exactly where you are,

Having compassion for how you're feeling,

And being kind to whatever you're going through.

I invite you to place a hand on your heart center and with your next breath in take in the sensation of that gentle rise of your chest.

And when it is ready,

Gently exhale and let it go.

Connect to the warmth underneath your hand.

Perhaps you can feel the rhythm of your heart gently beating.

Just connect to the sensation of your hand holding your heart center as you acknowledge this need to take a rest to allow your mind and body to restore.

I invite you to be kinder and more compassionate to yourself today.

Allow every exhale to be filled with intention as you let go of whatever is not serving you and allowing every inhale to fuel the rest of your day,

Allowing it to be a breath of fresh air that keeps you going.

Let's take one more big breath in and gently hold.

When you're ready,

You'll exhale,

Sigh it out.

Please know you can always return to this meditation whether it is how you start your day,

How you bring your day to an end or a midday check in to remind yourself to breathe deeply and slowly honoring your experience.

As you have your hand on your heart,

I invite you to repeat out loud or within you,

I am enough.

I have done enough.

I am exactly where I need to be.

I trust in all the magic,

Love and abundance that is coming my way.

May it be so and so it is.

Namaste.

Thank you for meditating with me,

Taking the time to anchor into your breath and find a sweet moment of surrender.

May you be blessed.
