Take less than 15 minute to soften your body. Connect to your breath and allow your physical self to surrender as you prepare for bed. You will be guided through a body scan, have an opportunity to release stagnant energy, and let go of the tension of the day. Set an intention of deep rest and feeling safe as you settle for bed, then end in gratitude. Good night, dear one. May you sleep deeply and well.
