Finding a comfortable seated position,
Noticing the weight of your pelvis on the surface beneath you and just finding a gentle lift through the crown of the head.
Could you bring one hand to your heart space and just rate from 1 to 10 how tense you feel right now.
Noticing the tension in your body and rating its intensity from 1 to 10.
Just making note of that rating and coming to tap underneath the pinky finger on the soft part of the side of the hand and repeating after me,
Only repeating the words if they resonate with you and if they don't,
Just inserting your own words.
Even though I'm feeling this tension in the body I choose to honor myself as I am.
Tapping on the side of the hand even though I'm feeling all of this tension in my body I love and honor myself as I am.
And even though I'm feeling this tension in my body I choose to deeply and completely love,
Honor and accept myself as I am.
Coming to the inner eyebrow points and just saying out loud all this tension outside of the eyes,
On the temple points,
All of this tension.
Underneath the eyes all of this tension in my body.
And as you tap under the nose could you notice where this tension is in the body,
Bring your full awareness to it.
Notice whether it has a color,
A texture.
Tapping underneath the bottom lip and above the chin and just saying out loud describing how the tension feels to you.
Maybe it's dark,
Kind of like tar,
Feels tight,
Restrictive.
However it feels to you just describing it out loud as you tap underneath the bottom lip.
Underneath the collarbones all of this tension.
Underneath the armpits about four finger widths down from the armpits on the brow line.
Breathe into the tension as you inhale and as you exhale imagine it being released out of your mouth.
Tap on the center of the solar plexus with a soft fist.
Breathe into the solar plexus.
Breathing out the tension as you exhale again.
As you come to tap on the crown of the head breathe in through the nose once again breathing into the tension.
Letting it go out of the mouth.
Tapping on the inner eyebrows and noticing this tension in my body.
Outside of the eyes and as I tap here I'm meeting myself.
Meeting this tension underneath the eyes.
Choosing to be with what is.
Underneath the nose choosing to be with myself as I am.
Underneath the bottom lip choosing to honor myself exactly as I am.
Underneath the collarbones I've noticed this tension in my body.
Tapping underneath the armpits oh and I choose to let go of it now.
Choosing to let go of my attachment to this tension.
As you tap on the solar plexus could you breathe in and as you exhale could you just let go of any tension that no longer serves you.
Feel once again the base of your body on the surface beneath you.
Feel that length through your spine the crown of the head reaching up.
As you tap on the crown of the head could you imagine like a soft soothing energy flow all the way down your spine down to your tailbone and it's like any tension that doesn't serve you just kind of naturally falls away from the center column of you.
Tapping on the inner eyebrows I take back my power here now and I feel centered.
Outside of the eyes I'm soft and centered now.
As you tap underneath the eyes could you just open and close the jaw a couple of times perhaps inviting like a yawn.
Tapping underneath the nose noticing the places in me that feel relaxed and soft now.
Underneath the bottom lip allowing myself to surrender to softness here and could you notice as you tap underneath the collarbones the places within you that feel spacious soft and surrendered.
Bring one hand to your heart in the other hand on top of that and circle on the heart space.
Take some deep breaths here acknowledging that you embody all of the polarities of life they can coexist.
Tap underneath the armpits inviting myself to sink into my softness now.
Crown of the head I am soft and supported.
Big breath in and let it go.
Bring the hands down into the lap.
Notice what that rating is now from one to ten.
The rating of tension from one to ten.
