Welcome to this simple practice to invite greater relaxation into your whole body.

Once you're ready,

Find a comfortable position.

You may be seated or lying down.

Make any adjustments that feel right for you.

And when you're ready,

Soften your gaze or close your eyes.

Connect with your breath.

The breath that's most comfortable for you.

We'll call this your home base.

The breath that you can always come back to.

And that's always there for you.

Continue inhaling and exhaling at your rhythm.

On the next inhale,

Invite a deeper breath.

As you inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Continue breathing with deeper inhales and longer exhales.

Next,

We're going to invite a sigh into the exhale.

Inhale.

And sigh it out.

Inhale.

And sigh it out.

And sigh it out.

Inhale.

And sigh it out.

Return to your home base.

That comfortable breath.
